Is there anyone home at Club World?

I have sent numerous emails though the website and have sent 3 PM's to Tom thru here and as of this moment, have had no reply.

All I want is a CD so that I can play there. For some reason I can no longer download any RTG casinos from their websites. Most of the casinos I have talked to about this have sent CDs.

So Tom and Club World, if you want any more of my money, please send me a CD.
 
Just thought I would bump this to let everyone know that as of this date, I have received not one word from Club World. I know that Tom has been online here on Oct. 8, so he either didn't read my PM's or just doesn't want to be bothered.

You would think after a $3000 cashout from their instant play casino, they would want to recoup some of it and send me the requested CD.

Or at least have the courtesy to tell me to kiss off, they aren't going to send anything. I have been a longtime loyal player and I think I deserve some kind of a reply.

It is surprising that you have heard nothing from Tom or anyone else. If I was you, Anniemac, I would say the Hell with them and deposit your money elsewhere.

The "good and reputable" casinos seem to be going by the wayside any more. It's like a free for all against players. And, as things stand, we have absolutely no recourse when they pull their "tricks". It is almost like being held hostage, live with their rules or even their "whims" or get lost.

We need regulation, Damn it!!!

I can't believe you still have not heard from them concerning this of all things. If I were them I would have Fedexed it, seeing as how you cashed out so much.

Might be a good thing though. I am certainly limited on my play. :D

Seems like it would have to be an issue with your antivirus software or firewall. Are you using Norton or McAfee? If so, can you click "allow the download"?

Rival casinos will get to about 50% and then I get error message "Download failed. Contact support with error message XXXXXXXX". When I do that, they haven't got a clue. But when I download from a CD, all works fine.

I have tried everything I know to do plus I have asked several of the casinos for help, CW being one. No help.

I dont see why Clubworld just cant send her the dang CD whats the big deal Tom she is a loyal paying customer
yall dont realize just 1 bad post can cost you 100's of players as they dont want to be treated in a bad way an to be ignored over a CD to your site

Just isnt right at all

You should try clearing your cache memory before you attempt the next download and see if that doesn't work.

Did that, Rob. As well as doing a reg edit and deleting the key before trying again. But I will go to the site you suggested and see what I can find out.

I even went back to IE6 to see if that helped, but no luck. Have tried downloading to a thumb drive instead of to my harddrive. No luck. I have spent days working on this problem. So I kinda just gave up and started asking for CD's instead.

Wish now I had kept all the junk ones I got in the mail. At least I would have a variety. :D

Yea, I agree too that ClubWorld needs to definitely get Annie a CD. I would have mailed her a dozen already if she were depositing money with me! :D

Also Annie, you can get a CD from the affiliate you signed up thru as well, if you used an affiliate and they are half as good as their salt content.

Ya'll are too funny. I have been playing at CW for so long, I have no idea what site/forum I signed up thru.

When the new games came out, Mystic Dragon etc., that's when I started trying to get a CD from them. I know this because I could get Sea Captain to download but not Mystic Dragon. Now how long has that been?

This is my last try. If I don't hear from someone by the end of the week then I will call it a day with them and run fast with my winnings to bigger and better.

I have three choices (CD's sent when requested) - Casino Titan, Intertops Red and Jackpot Capital. Guess I will spred my deposits accordingly. LOL!!

I agree too Bryan, It has to be an issue with Annie's connection timing out or her cache filling up too quickly since she mentioned the fact that Rival Casinos only get to about 50% download before shutting off.

I think I did try to up my virtual memory but I really don't remember if I got it to work. Seems to me like on my PC I had the max.

My laptop is new but I have the same problems with it.

I have used my son's laptop tethered to his blackberry to download from the website with no problem.

Also at the moment I am running Avista Antivirus on both but have had Norton on laptop and IObit on PC.

Any ideas you can give me, I will try. I really appreciate your help.
 
So you have access to DSL? Who is the service provider?

That could also be your problem right there. You should really get rid of that one and use the free version of AVG Antivirus or ESET's Nod32.

They are really the only frontrunner's in the antivirus game IMO.

anniemac, get rid of Norton and or McAfee if you have them. They are one of the biggest memory suckers of all time. I have uninstalled all modules connected to these two virus softwares and did like Rob said, installed AVGFree on all our office computers and they are working like a dream. I also have Advanced Care System for weekly cleanup and downloaded Firefox for an optional web browser for those times such as you were having. The combo works great and probably works even better when you are on A Vista OS.

You need to make sure all pieces of these are gone including the auto update features and such. (These can be reinstalled if you feel AVGFree isn't good enough after giving it a try) But I believe Norton and McAfee are one of the biggest problem makers many have when using a computer. I used to use CA and Trend Micro and stopped because they were atrting to get like the other two, really dragging on the computer system.

Bryand, I don't have DSL access anymore so that's not an option.

I am going to work on my PC again today and see if any of the suggestions work.

Justplay, I really have had great service up until this problem from CW. I have never had any problems with cashing out, they pay very fast and I really like playing there. That's the reason I keep giving them more chances.
