Club World Casinos -- Payments are taking considerably longer to be received

In the past, before Black Friday and all the recent events, withdrawals from Club World Group casinos were approved within one business day and then processed quickly. Once approved it took minutes for funds to arrive in QT and if w/d was requested by ACH funds would arrive within 2-3 business days at my bank.

On Tuesday 5/18 I requested a withdrawal via ACH to my bank here in the US. On Wednesday had my w/d for $3,675 approved by Aladdins Gold. When it had not arrived on Monday 5/23, I went on chat and they told me that it would take 3-5 business days and to be patient for a few more days.

Wednesday 5/35 still no funds after 5 business days had elapsed. I went on live chat and then told me it should arrive by Thursday or Friday.

Last night just to be contrary, I asked again about status of w/d and was told that it could take up to 10 business days.

This morning, checked bank -- still no money. Went on live chat at Aladdins Gold and received the following information:

Julie: For USA players there are four methods for Withdrawal
Julie: ACH which is a wire transfer to your bank account, the minimum required for this method is $350
Julie: or an through mypaylinq account, this is an online wallet, minimum withdraw is $20, which you can set up at the below website

Julie: You could also us a cheque to withdraw we allow one in a seven day period minimum $350 maximum $2500 if you withdraw less than $750 it will cost you $25 to use this option which would be deducted from your withdrawal, you would receive it by FEDEX it will take roughly 3 working days once it is processed and you can have a tracking number after two working days.
Diane: so if I use ACH I can get $4000 each week as a w/d - but if I request a check I am limited to $2500 every week?

Still waiting for my ach...

I too requested a $3600 ach withdrawal from Lucky Red... It was approved on 5/18 and the email I got said I would see it in my bank account in 3 days. Nope. Then I was told 5 days. Nope. Now it's next week sometime (Monday is a holiday). Very frustrating. Glad to hear you received yours. Hopefully I will see mine soon!:rolleyes:

Everyone knows there's delays with processing money to the USA. If no answer after 10 days or so then inquire.

I'm not sure why anyone from the USA would still be depositing online. It's not safe and you could lose your money at any given moment. Look at all the people who have no idea if or when they will get their money from quick tender and some are in limbo sitting in casino accounts....smh

Did you money appear in your accounts yet? Not mine... I was really expecting it today. It's not been over 7 business days. Lucky Red assures me it's coming... :mad:
 
I had my first withdrawal request approved yesterday. Guy said 3 business days. I already have added 7 days to that figure myself. I think its better to have any excess funds above and beyond what you would comfortably play with out of these casinos until things calm down.
 
I'm in Canada and did a WD to moneybookers from ClubWorld a few days ago and I must have made the withdrawal at the perfect time. I made the WD, cashed in my comps, played them through, checked my mail and had a notification that the funds were in moneybookers already. :thumbsup:


withdrawals to e wallets are much quicker than to a bank.
 
ACH Withdrawals from CW

Strange how they say withdrawal processed via ACH, which is an electronic transfer from one bank to another and the transmission is in Real Time.

The only way it takes upto 7 days is if it is going through multiple banks before reaching the bank that is actually transmitting the funds to the recieving customers bank account.

Sounds fishy to me. I am also still waiting for well over the 3 days they stated it would take.

I asked Club World if they still did USA withdrawls of funds and they said they did and gave me ACH and I forget which other option.

However, the only way they could be doing this is in violation of the law since if funds get processed from bank to bank for online gambing as of now it is an illegal transaction.

The government has put more prosecution resources into this and so a lot of the payment processors and more casinos have stopped doing business to the USA.

Note: I am for Legal online gambling.

Club World may not have been caught yet but I wouldn't risk it.

I do think with all the shutdowns as of late, legalization of online gambling has to be on the horizon since prohibition never works. You can't prohibit online gambling or alcohol. When you cut it out like it already has been, the time is now that online gambling should be legalized.

I asked live chat the same question. What makes them diffErent from QT? Supposedly they are legit UK backed outfit. I think there's a bit of a difference between the payment processors and the casinos themselves. If my Bank denies my ACH i will be all over them. They have processed many debit card transactions of mine knowing full well what i was doing obviously, 2% a pop.

ACH

Is an ACH the same as a bank wire? Because even to wire funds from my moneybookers account to my bank takes 5-7 business days. Or longer if they lose it. :rolleyes:

ACH is different than a wiretransfer and they are processed differently. Wire transfers require an IBAN number ACH only requires the ACH routing number ususally shown on your checks below the banks name. It is different than your check routing number shown at the bottom of your check next to your acct numb and check number. My banks don't charge for an incoming ACH only wiretransfers.
 
I am a US player and I have withdrawn money from Club World and Aladdin's Gold in the past three weeks. Both withdrawals were made via check. In each instance I received the check 1-2 weeks after approval.

In the past I have used ACH and wire transfers to withdraw funds from casinos (including Club World), however I decided to be safer and get paid by check this time. I was one of many who had an electronic withdrawal that I made from QuickTender disappear into the void in early May. In my opinion, electronic funds transfers to the US from casinos are now solidly in the "risky" category. I am going to withdraw via check whenever possible from now on. I would recommend that other players in the US consider doing the same.
 
Next time I am going to try the check by courier option and see how that goes.

If I, say, ever actually *win* at Club World, I'm anxious to know how payouts are handled (I haven't cashed out from that casino since I won prior to the QT meltdown).
 
I had a withdrawal approved on 5/25 from lucky red and am still waiting.I e-mailed them and was told they recently switched banks and that is leading to a bit of a delay.Im supposed to recieve it tomorrow...we shall see.
 
This is not good. Not counting the day it was approved it would be 9 days. Give it another day and then contact live chat. They told me after 10 days they will "chase" it down for me.

If payments start taking longer than ten business days for an ACH, a downgrade in their casino rating is warranted imo. Or they need to stop accepting US players. Check by courier is not an option for players in some states as your bank will reject them . All the more reason to always pull your winnings out and leave your basis at the most.
 
Just so you are aware. This is on the Accredited Casino section. It's been there for a couple of years I think:

ATTENTION US PLAYERS: In most cases, the casinos listed here do not accept players from the US. There are some that do - please be aware that these casinos may have payment issues and your winnings may be delayed.

If you are a US player, delays are to be expected. If you don't want to deal with that, then stop playing and contact your local congressman and convince him/her to change things in your favor.
 
It is bad enough that you have to have 350 or more to cashout, but for withdrawals to take this long to hit you bank account, it makes it even worse. Hopefully, you will get it on Monday. Keep us posted.

So long as CWC are HONEST about these problems, and do not create expectations that they cannot fullfill, US players should realise that in order to stay "under the radar" after the recent seizures, they have to make changes to how they have been processing withdrawals.

Most problems are caused by CS promising withdrawals in a short timescale, and the casino repeatedly fails to deliver, and fails to be honest with those players suffering the delays.

CS should not say, for example, "you will get it Monday", if they actually have no idea what the hold up is.

The loss of a couple of major options has made it very hard to keep the service going, and I would hope that if they thought they would have no way to pay, they would stop taking deposits until they were sure a solution had been found.

It would be more of a concern if players OUTSIDE the US were experiencing delays as well, as this cannot be blamed on the "US situation".

i can' believe they would tell you the money would be in your account that afternoon. It would have to be a wire..There's also cut off times.

Once again, we have not heard from one person who has received funds from a withdrawal request placed since the QT time frame pre Memorial Day. May 25 to present day.
To be honest, I'm waiting for them to come back and say sorry it didn't go thru and return funds to my casino account. Hopefully CWG is truly working on a workarund and not stalling.


Will then likely open a Bank account in Nevada using a relatives address and then request a check by courier and deposit it in a state that wont kick it.

They told me I would have my ACH no later than friday(yesterday), but I didn't receive it. I was approved on 5/31

They must be have problems. Hope the funds don't get confiscated somewhere down the line:mad:

I too was was approved on the 31st. Hopefully, they don't give me the runaround on Tuesday when i inquire..

Would bee interesting to hear the specifics from OP conversation with CWG on Friday. They said they would expedite the ACH? Why would they run it again if it was already in process? Meaning the funds are within the myriad of accounts the funds must go thru to get to him. hmmm..

I was told to check my account in the afternoon because of time zone differences. The bank sending the funds weren't open yet when I called CW to check on withdrawal. I guess it was wishful thinking on my part. Hopefully the funds will post Monday morning....but not holding my breath. CW also told me that they haven't had any withdrawels take more than 10 business days...I guess mine will be the first to go over. Monday is the 11th day

The CS has no idea when you will receive your funds. Once its "processed" its in the hands of the several processors. The funds might go through Baharain, then to Germany then to one or 2 US banks then to your bank account. How the hell the cs has the audacity to tell you specifically when its going to hit your bank? He or she just wants to rid you off the phone

I AM the OP that originally started this thread. I have had 3 successful withdrawals from CW since 5/22. However, each withdrawal took longer than the previous one. The last three transactions took 8, 9, and 10 business days before the funds hit my US bank account. As long as CS is candid on the timeframe, I remain satisfied with CWC and I am not worried.
