I don't think so.


I have 2 withdrawals pending transfer to my QT account.
May 24th and May 25th.

I've sent numerous emails and one Private Message to the Rep here.

No response.

Today's chat:

Lisa: sorry,at this moment, we have a technique problem with our UseMyWallet account.
Lisa: it should be done tomorrow.
Debra Barnes: On a Saturday?
Debra Barnes: You've had this problem all week then?
Lisa: sorry about inconvenient.
Debra Barnes: What makes you think it will be fixed by tomorrow?
Lisa: i checked with our cashier before they left.

Havent heard much about this group delaying cashouts so it may be a genuine problem. If you previously had successful cashouts even more so. However, they should flush your account or at least do something to stop your reversing your withdrawal.
 
Although I don't know the full details behind this one, I'll make a general statement. This is a common habit at many casinos, even the accredited ones. Since the withdrawals are still paid out within an acceptable timeframe, most people don't think twice about it.

I think it's a shame that players can't rely on the payout times listed on the casino webpages. In my experience, going on a winning streak is a sure way to get their feet dragging, while a losing player seems to be the best medicine for "slow cashier feet". ;)

I have often wondered what 48 hours actually means? Do they mean 8 business hours in a day, do they count the 48 hours day and night, making it 2 days? How is it actually figured?
It would be nice if the terms made this clearer. :what:
