Well I think I am in trouble...Yes, I went and played at Club Player..Did one of their big bonuses, no WR, no max out. Well I was able to make a cashout, minus the original bonus..I requested withdrawl on June 14th, sent in my paperwork that day...It is now July 12th!!! I have received emails, they said I was approved on June 29th (why it took 2 weeks to approve I do not know) and I would have my money shortly..Now they are saying the end of next week!! We are going on 1 month and by the end of next week over 5 weeks... I am not going to get paid, am I????????:eek:

I'm not even going to ask Weplant why in God's name they played there? Must have believed the spiel that Marty was selling. I guess it needs repeating. Until such a time as Virtual ownership changes hands, NO ONE should buy any of the "we are turning over a new leaf campaign" bullshit. It has been pulled half a dozen times or more in the last ten years. Each time it has ended with Virtual either never changing one iota, or cleaning up for a month or two...then back to the same old song and dance.

Do not play at Virtual Group!! They are crooks.

Good advice Takethemoney. Would love to hear Marty's reason why a payout takes a month or more. :rolleyes:

I believe, approval...10 business days, processing....10 business days, actual money...10 business days. I believe this is printed on their withdrawal page and T&Cs.

After the Marty thing, I received mass mailings from all casinos in that group, even ones I didn't belong to. I have since asked to be taken off their mailing list(s), this was to 4 different email addresses. So far, so good.

Send an email to marty and post his explanation here. What good does it do to pay players with past issues only to deny valid cashouts from new players. They are digging themselves into a deeper hole.
 
Actually, I've heard through the grapevine that Marty has quit - without notice.

Hate to speculate, but it sure looks like Marty woke up and smelled the coffee. Same old, same old from these guys.

It sure seemed like Marty wanted to do the right thing. As many of us stated though...it wouldn't matter if they hired someone on the level of a Mother Theresa..until the actual ownership of these places change, they will NEVER be reputable.

At least Marty did get alot of previous players paid, one of them being Acepedro. So I guess it wasn't a completely useless PR exercise. I just hope they didn't rope in too many new or previous affiliates into promoting them again....which was their true goal all along.

Well just got of MSN chat with Marty and told him of Weplants withdrawal and he is looking into the matter right now, he is still working on getting past players paid and has not quit.

For the record, we do not promote them or do i play there anymore but will always try to be pro active in helping get any player paid.

I did email Marty and his response was "I will look into it"...Thank you so much Laurie for contacting Marty maybe i will get a better response now..I will keep everyone posted....

I do have to say least Marty has done some good for the players.
He has helped me on some player matters and everyone of them that came to me got paid.
But........... I will still stay away for a long long time before I would promote them.
Never did Never will.

One month of waiting and promises and just some contact from a fellow member and I was paid within hours...Thank you, thank you...:notworthy

That is great. It is a shame these Casinos have to be dragged through the mud before doing what is right.

I am not sure how you post when something is RESOLVED. I felt it was important to post that Marty Davis did take care of my issue and I was payed within 24 hours of him being notified...

I am not trying to be a wet blanket here, but what would have happened if Marty had not been around? I truly believe that the answer to that would be...NOTHING!

Without his intervention, it seems to me that those that don't know about Marty or forums are still out of luck.

With all the talk of Marty and the "new Leaf" spiel, I am unhappy to say that I get lots of spam from his casinos, with the offers being made by him! Still the same bonuses, but I guess we should believe that since he is backing them, we should rush in and grab them.

What a deal, huh? :rolleyes:

No problem, but (a) you usually do it in the original thread (which is why I've merged them) and (b) you don't need to keep doing it (that leaves a mess in the forums which makes Moderators grumpy :mad: ). Anyway, I'm sure you understand now and have gotten the message. :clap:

Glad to hear it worked out for you. Like the others have said, it would be a good idea if you found somewhere else to play.
