Hi all!
I'm really surprised nobody had something to say about that false license I've shown the proof.
And, after all, this casino keeps on turning on players.Don't think I write cause they denyed my winnings (till now...), but I want you to see which kind of people they are.
I'll put here the text of the iussue in original language and try to translate in a very soft way, so not to disturb their sensibility

well doesnt sound too good, I have a pending withdrawal of 500 there and CS said I met the wagering and since i chose only 125% bonus i was told i could play all the slots and progressives too. The best thing was wagering was only 16x deposit+bonus so as soon as i hit 10x deposit with wagering met I stopped and I am told my withdrawal would be processed by next friday.

Now I have been assured again and again that everything is fine but you know its one of those casino's I guess I wont be sure until i get my money.

Couldnt read all your post as it would take all night but whatever it is GOOD LUCK and I have found their support very good despite high WR and long processing times I enjoyed the casino because They have the best Customer Service which is really important and a lot of casinos dont stress too much on that.

They have a rep here so you could contact her/him about your problem and see what they say

I ran a long test at CGC over the past 2 months and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. They flushed for me and cashed out way over the 5k monthly limit.

That said, no casino should have a 5k monthly cashout limit. I can understand it for players that haven't been ID'ed but after that there is no excuse IMO. Also they have a 48hr reverse period. Now they flushed it for me but maybe that's because I'm a higher roller.

And I don't play with bonuses but I did notice that every time you deposit, it asks you if you want one and you can Accept or Decline. IMO, you don't like the terms, you decline. Simples. It's entirely up to the casino how they offer it and no player is forced to accept. You have the option via a popup which is how it should be.

Personally I can see why CGC would get flak for the horrible cashout limits and 48hr reverse time but not for a bonus policy which offers players the chance to opt in or out on every deposit.

- and wondered exactly who is forcing you to play at a casino that you distrust so strongly, you are required to spend as much time documenting your play as do playing.

The post was so ridiculously long that I have no idea what the problem really was but when a player goes to these extents to pre-build a case, there must have been a pretty strong suspicion that there would be in issue. To me this means one of two things. Either the OP knew she was doing something wrong or she was doing nothing wrong but had suspicions that the casino was going to screw her if she won and yet she decided to play anyway.

Which one of the two am I supposed to have sympathy for?

Apparently someone took a 300-400% deposit bonus with 60x and lost and they belive it can't be beaten and therfore you always lose or something.

Also the casino is so bad that people still will play there and take big deposit bonuses.

Actually only about 10% of that post appears to be from the OP. The rest is apparently issues and complaints copied from "around the web" that have nothing to do with her complaint. Personally I think it should be removed as hearsay that can't be substantiated.

If you have an issue with a casino, deal with that. Leave everyone else's issues aside.
 
Skimming this very loooong post, I understand that WR were rolled over because CS at ClubGold said there was still $1.20 left in the player's balance, and the player claims it is not. This post must be taken as a warning, but most of us already know about the many tricks and hefty WR requirements in Playtech land, don't we? Stick to the accredited section at all times.
 
Just to be on the safe side it's usually a good idea to zero out your balance when you play with a free chip or deposit bonus before depositing again.

Why do you continue depositing there when you obviously don't trust them? No one's making you deposit? There's loads of other Playtech casinos. Still you continue depositing somehow (by the looks of it) hoping to find something else you can blame on them. You don't like the WR? You don't have to take the bonus. Simple. Not that hard. Play an accredited PT they generally have lower WR.

You've shown many things. One being that your not happy there. Still you continue to play and still you continue to complain? I cant be bothered digging up the last thread you made about CG. I think you should close your account as your obviously not happy there or the manager should. I certainly would.

BTW people do get paid at CG. I certainly got paid numerous times. My deposit vs withdrawal ratio is through the roof, I won a ton at CG. Sure withdrawals sit in reversal for 48Hrs but then again they do at 32 Red as well (weekends). That's the price you pay for bigger bonuses. You can flush withdrawals at CG as well.

I think you need to cut down on you're post. Far to long.

e) if you have something to say against them you're accuse to make bad advertisment
f) if you want communicate with them, after a winning, they ignore you
g) until my post here they shown a false license , I found it very heavy but for CM it seems to be not so important and all infos were given in private,I don't find it's correct
h) I cannot support this kind of behaviour

It's the only way to let people know.Then if people keep on playing there, it's not my fault.

I decided not to write here again but, of course, your questions and misunderstanding (my fault) deserves my answers.

This is your agenda towards their casino and not anything I feel I need to get involved in.
I just don't understand how you can be so full of hate that you dig up every complaint you can find about them, and in a way so no one can read it.
You don't even know if the complaints are valid or not so why would I or anyone else listen?

There are good and bad ways to complain and this was unfortunately not the good one.
I don't play there but your posts almost makes me feel sorry for them and not the opposite.

sorry, in your 1st post (of this thread) was translated as the screenshot show, means that you was playing there, if you already complained with them before, why you played again?
now you said that wasn´t...

also, the bonuses you can accept it or not, and indicates the rules, i have already checked the WR manually and found no errors

you continue without like, simple, dont play there anymore, now, complain or blame by anything its not correct
