I have had no recent issues with Click2pay I made a deposit with no problem at a casino, tried to deposit again and got an error message
"CLICK2PAY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED"

Went to Click2pay website sure enough my account was locked for no apparent reason and with no explanation.

I had just changed a payout method from ACH to Click2pay for $700.00 from Jackpot Factory due to Citadel issue yesterday.

I fear Click2pay is following suit.

Anyone know whats going on? Can't get through to Click2pay.

Sounds as though yet another one is biting the dust too.

My account was also locked ! :what:

I just love the fact that all of these web wallet processors we all have used over the years can not even have the common decency to send us an upfront email letting us know what the hell is going on.

They will not even send an email to their VIP members...

Blow me!

Bu**er me! I predicted TOMORROW! you Clickmorons have done it TONIGHT and made me lose my run of being "right on the money"

OK - it's "Tomorrow" in Cyprus , sorry - I meant Germany, where you lot are based , so technically I'm still on a roll.

So, who's next for the chop?

EZIpay?
Usemybank? (thought that was Canada only anyway).

US players, just get your money out while you still can, it's looking like the "domino effect".
Click2Pay was one that announced that it would stand by the US players, indeed a number of casinos have just launched Click2Pay bonus promotions to encourage their US players to switch rather than leave. Well, you had all of one day for the one at Jackpot Factory, now you're screwed (don't it make you MAD AS HELL:mad:  ).

Tomorrow, Click2Pay will make an announcement along the lines of the recent Neteller one, but with the current state of CS at Click2Pay, you are far more screwed than at Neteller - at least calling Neteller is toll free, click2pay is international.

I was just able to sign into my account ..haven't tried to use it tonight ..I am waiting for a withdrawel to hit it . Great . I thought the slowness was because maybe they were overloaded with new people joining .

I tried to sign up with C2P and the pages didn't work, so I tried payspark.com (ezipay link from a casino) and the only page I could find was for log-in, nothing for sign up. Looks to me that they're abandoning us Yanks too.

Mailing checks or using western union? What's a disciplined impulse gambler to do? I just had my best month ever online, I don't want the parade to end yet, pleeeeeez

Brick and Mortar here I come, but I'm sure gonna miss turning the surround sound up loud and projecting those free spins on the wall in all their flashing pulsing booming glory.

ClickDeath

Just checked, and these two terms seem most relevant:-

(6) The user is to draw up and archive forms to document all transactions on the internet. The USER may not use CLICK2PAY for offers where non-cash payment is restricted, nor for offers where the content violates local law.

(7) In the event that the aforementioned obligations are violated or if the payment via CLICK2PAY is disputed or in the case of other obstructions in relation to collecting payments, CLICK2PAY shall be entitled to temporarily or wholly block access to the CLICK2PAY system with immediate effect. The USER is to reimburse CLICK2PAY for the damage caused as a result of a breach of obligations, in particular as a result of delayed notification of improper use by third parties, and release CLICK2PAY from all disadvantages that arise as a result of his detrimental actions.

If the underlined in (6) has been recently reinterpreted as including all forms of online gambling, then application of (7) would be the result for players whose only use of the system is for gambling.
According to the website, these terms were recently updated, in January 2007!!!

Wouldn't it be easier to just put a notice on the website saying 'no gambling transactions for US users'?

Yes

Yes, but they are merely locking accounts, they have not yet had time to inform customers:rolleyes:

These terms were updated in January 2007, so they were clearly thinking along the same lines as Neteller. Perhaps their CEO has booked a holiday in the states;)

A good many casinos are going to be royally pissed at Click2Pay, after designing a big Click2Pay marketing push and setting it live yesterday!

I don't expect they will be able to fall back on any backup plan to this backup plan.

Just got this!

Hi all!

You may have heard that Neteller, Citadel, Instadebit and eCheck are no longer available to citizens of the USA. Sadly, this is the case - we're no longer able to offer deposits or withdrawals via those methods to our players in the USA.

If you're in the USA there are still a bunch of deposit methods available to you, including Click2Pay, EZIPay, EcoCard and EveryWhereMoney.

Sadly, out of date already by the looks of things.

EcoCard will probably go the way of NetSpend, EZIPay have that Dakota bank to worry about, and who the hell are EveryWhereMoney?

There is one hope. Fly to the UK, get LOADS of UK Pounds, and load up with UKash vouchers. if casinos will allow US players use of the GBP, this will be out of the reach of the DoJ. Withdrawals might be a giveaway though, as too many UK Pound checks could cause US banks to wonder. Not a problem if you always lose though:D

update on my post

Jackpotfactory had already sent my funds to click2pay earlier today they had not received a confirmation back yet from Click2pay so they are issuing a reversal and sending me my money by COURIER. if my account was not locked I would have had access to my money tomorrow. This really sucks!

Checked my bank account online. All Click2pay transactions were paid!!!!!

Click2pay is always about 2 weeks behind on answering emails if they are ever answered.

I usually had better luck by phone but today getting a constant busy signal or strange sound as if call not going through.

Anyway, they can't shut the Courier service down, but now I will have to wait who knows how long. I have never had money sent by Courier, have any of you?

Because one person has a locked account does not mean we should be rushing to any sort of judgement. Silkprint still has an active account, and I'm guessing there may be a reasonable explanation for the locked account, other than another processor biting the dust.

Never waited more than two days for a courier cheque, two business days. So I'd guess you'll have it by Monday.

I also agree with Greedy's post above. I have heard that Click2Pay has a phone call verification process that has to be completed before your account is finalized. If any of these locked accounts are new, it's possible that they are behind and haven't gotten to you yet.

My account has been open since click2pay became an option, almost 2 years I think, never had a problem.

you could be right though maybe something got screwed up with my account, although it would have to be an error on their part as I have complied totally from my end.

I will post final outcome if it is ever resolved.

Footdr--I'm not certain of the exact timeline on your Click2Pay events, but I'm wondering if perhaps you were locked out as a result of Jackpot Factory voiding the payment? It may very well be that they've locked you out until they can investigate further. Not saying C2P is in the right here...just saying this may be what's happened.

Hope this gets sorted out for you quickly.

Same here...

Well, can one or both of you make sure you come back and post any replies and/or explanations you receive? I also hope that it's just some "glitch". Pretty sad when you're hoping for technical problems.

I actually made the request to Jackpot factory after discovering my account was locked. Because I obviously would not have been able to log in to click2pay to withdrawal my money to my bank account.

Still no luck getting through by phone. I emailed security at click2pay also. no response from them either.

Just hope you never have a problem with C2P because I have always had problems getting a response from them.

Just for information, I opened a Click2Pay account this evening and have used it twice in the past 2 hours without a problem. One was at Roxy Palace and the other at Villento.

Yea, If I ever receive a reply from them, I've already been waiting on a reply for over 24 hours now.

You will probably never hear from their support. I didnt. I would call and call and call and never get through. Finally waited until 3AM EST and called and ot through.

BTW my account is fine with C2P but I am not going to use it for now. Damn YOU NETELLER!!!!!!! Whats next Western Union??
