Click2pay debit card issue

Dormant account
Hi,

I use Click2Pay and have their debit card. It has been for 1-2 months that the balance shows up as $0. First time I initiated a withdrawal they put it back into my account and asked me to withdraw again. I did so but the balance still shows up as $0. I called support twice and they told me their debit card servers are down which is being handled by another party. Anybody has any insight on this? It's just that this is really holding me back from playing as I do not feel like playing knowing I can't withdraw any money at the moment.

Regards,
Stan

CLICK2PAY IS BAD NEWS

Click2pay has an excuse for everything. I had $100.00 in my account today and tried depositing at several casinos and got and error message that the amount was above my available balance. I call click2pay and they looked into it and said that they didn't know why I was getting the error message but that they would have to have their "technical " department check on it and to give them a couple of days!!!!

This company is in a world of hurt.

Good luck, others have posted the same occurence many days ago, search the posts. Everyones debit cards showed 0 after making the withdrawal

still not usable?!

I have had a negative experience with their debit card before a year or something when it was launched. After that I stopped withdrawing from Click2pay and just use them to deposit (no problem in this way).

Pitty there are similar problems with the card even now.
Especially now that Neteller is not an option in US, they should improve their services.
(I use moneybookers to withdraw)

Ask them if they support bank transfer in your country.

I am tired of them. Is it possible I put all my money into an online casino via Click2pay and withdraw via Moneybookers so I can withdraw my money into a bank account via wire transfer?

Yeah their debit card sucks, and why in the hell don't they offer more withdrawal methods like wire transfer and Visa credits

It varies by casino group. Some casinos allow deposits and withdrawals by different methods. Others require using the same method.

I do this all the time in Playtech casinos.
All I was asked is to have used at least once the moneybookers account.
After that you can deposit with click2pay and withdraw to moneybookers ;)

I use their debit card for nearly 2 years now, with no real problems.

In the early days a withdrawal to the debit card was faster. It took only about 30 minutes to have the funds available for use on the card where it takes around 24 hours nowadays.

Can anybody tell me where exactly on their site you can see the balance of your card?
This isn't available in my account at all. I always called if I wanted to know the balance. Possibly this has to do with my account (non-US) ??

Thanks

They have finally refunded my Click2Pay account with the 400 Euros that was never transfered to my Click2Pay debit card since February 9th. but they made a mistake during the refund: they credited only 400 USD and removed it from my account then credited the correct 400 Euros :eek2:

It is possible with some casinos.
I asked at some places, where i am regular player, told them the c2p problems and they said: yes, no problem, you can withdraw via neteller (which is still ok for germans) or via transfer or moneybookers- just as you want.
I should not name these places, but its easy, if you ask customer support first. I only asked casinos, whose CS answers within an hour:)

I am unsure, what is going on with click2pay, but i do have the uncertain feeling, they have very substantial problems.
I would avoid them, at least at the moment (and my bet is: it wont get better).
