    I am playing Warlocks Spell now when I get to the bonus round either it picks my potions for me when it shouldn't and sometimes I go back and forth between screens or it kicks me out when I get ready for the spins. Has anyone experienced this before. Its been happening all day.

    I have had that happen to me on the same game.

    I am sitting here trying to find a $25 deposit that I made from my QT account last night to CR that Cherry Red didn't get. Money is gone from my QT account but Cherry Red never gave it to me. Or something like that. All I know is that I am out $25 which is floating in space and it sucks. :mad: So far I haven't gotten a response from either one of them.

    They usually send an e-mail regarding your payment once its processed. I hope you get your $25.00. Something is seriously wrong I stepped away from the computer the bonus came then it picked two of my potions when I came back what gives?

    All RTG's go into auto on the bonus round if you do not hit spin after a certain amount of time. This is a built in feature if you step away from the computer for a long period of time..especially when you are on auto..it keeps the game going.

    So , this is a normal feature.

    After reading multiple threads here my understanding is that results of all bonus features are predefined, so it does not matter who picks, you or your computer, it will be the same. I used to get upset about picking a "wrong" one but not any more :rolleyes:

    Jas, no reply from either one. So no, I haven't found it yet.

    When Warlock's Spell messed up on me, I was trying to pick the potions and it didn't matter which one I clicked on, another one opened. I never left the game, so it wasn't that I wasn't trying to choose. But it has only happened once.

    anniemac - I did see an email in the deposit managers inbox the other day, and Jade had replied to you so it seemed like things were getting fixed. I'll check on this for you once I am in the office in a few hours time.

    I have also experienced this at Slots Oasis if I remember correctly. Doesnt really matter though as the results are definitely pre-determined. No matter which one you pick, I believe the software generates an outcome of how many picks you need to counter the warlocks spell. If it generates 1 pick, you get the 100 free spins, 2 picks 25 spins and so on.

    On one occasion, one pick was made for me and I got 100 free spins:D

    Well, you are right that it's pre-determined - But would be nice to choose your own potions so hopefully RTG can get this changed soon enough :D

    They will NEVER allow you to pick your own potions. This would allow you a 1 in 6 chance of winning the 100 free spins unlike 1 in 100,000 chance it currently is :mad:

    I thought i would try Cherry Red last night.
    made dep went smoothly started playing and all the games seem to flicker a bit as they were rolling.
    went to Out of This World..

    and hit the Bonus Round.
    right away it pick my choices for me.
    didnt have a chance to pick except for the last pick i pressed it right away.
    decent outcome on the game though.
    i do have a screenshot of the outcome but it looks normal.

    also on slot oasis i login just to check it out and tryed to log out
    but it wasnt possible to .
    so i had to shut the computer off.
    thought you should know.

    Yes, I tried to play Slotsoasis last night and it just hung in the banking section..never could get it to load...I also had to reboot due to locking up during loading..

    I then went to Rushmore and deposited there and all went fine including your zippy payment on my withdrawal :thumbsup: You really are putting many of these places to shame Louise..and we love you for it!

    We reported this to RTG the other day and they are looking in to it. We've been told that the results are still 100% random so even though it would be nice to pick you own potions - When they are chosen for you, you are not missing out on anything free spins/wins wise.

    Thanks for letting me know Zack - Same as above with this - We're waiting for RTG to check in to this.

    Concerning the problems connection wise, this also is being worked on so apologies in the meantime. We've had this happen a couple of times in the last couple of weeks and causes temporary problems for some people for an hour or so.

    Please PM me your username and I'll make sure to check on this for you when I am in the office tomorrow. :)
