thank you mistertee....you r right she did say that but I spoke to a rep from the casino on live chat today. I stated that there was no withdrawal thru ewallet express and they didn't say anything either way. This is the reason i wanted louise to explain it.

If I can make a deposit using ewalletexpress how come you cant send a withdrawal to ewalletexpress?

I'm checking this for you. We had originally been told that it would be for deposit and withdrawal, however, the present set-up doesn't seem to be the case. I've passed this on and should have a reply later on today.

As part of a new management group, I was just brought in to help change the customer service and overall tone of <el snip-eruno> and I gotta say, I think we can learn from CherryRed here. I'm going to print out this thread (well, some of it!) and hand it out to our customer service agents.

There's a lot of competition in online casinos, but it's nice when a competitor does something good that we can learn from.

I'm always telling everyone here, if we act like Vegas we can still get money and most importantly keep our winners happy!

Since I'm a new member here, anyone can feel free to email me with any suggestions on how we can improve our sites, or any good ideas that have helped you in the past. Also, feel free to email me with any questions or comments - change takes time, but it gets easier with blunt feedback!

I have just had my fingers burned by Go Wild, who said the very same thing, but in a far larger font, and lots of colours too:D

Yes Rob, you must do so because there are separate and need these docs on their own file.

I had to make it so at Rushmore and Cherry Red.

Zodiac is correct in saying that we require documentation for all 3 casinos separately. Even though we own the 3 casinos, they are still separate entities.

Sorry to go off topic a little, but i've been following these threads and just wanted to note how impressively these casinos are being represented.

I don't play at rtg (just personal preference in the type of games) so this is purely from an observer's viewpoint, but i've noticed how well Louise has handled everything thrown her way, good or bad. I mean, we don't expect a rep to always be around and it isn't necessary, but to have such a presence AND have it be meaningful is quite an achievement. :lolup:

So how are things going these days? I hit a $4k random a couple nights ago, faxed all my stuff and that was approve within hours. I popped out another couple grand over the next day. I really wish this money would get flushed faster.

There have been instances where Cherry Red took more than 48 hours to process my withdrawal whereas for Inetbet and Jackpot Capital the cashout is always completed within 24 hours. You could say this is trivial but in such a competitive environment this could be a crucial factor on whether a player stays or goes. If takethemoney is bound to take a choice it could be the latter.

Were at about 50 hours now and the damn money is still reversible. NOT LIKING THIS ONE BIT!

I will not touch it, as I have another 2k still reversible....lol
