Cherry Red Casino Exceptional Service !!

Just wanted to update my thread I started to say that I received my winnings yesterday paid back into my bank account by wire transfer and it was done within 8 business days from the time of my cashout and this was also a deposit made by way of online check so that had to clear too...so not a bad time frame at all considering...:thumbsup:

I tried to make a cashout to Moneybookers from cherry Red yesterday.
I heard nothing from them but noticed it was still reversible today so I figured they required docs although I was hoping because I had been verified at Rushmore I would be ok so I contacted live chat.

They answered very quickly and I explained the situation and to my surprise was told they had nothing to do with Rushmore.
I explained they had the same Rep here and was told they are part owned by the same people but independent of each other.
So is cherry Red a separate entity or a white label of Rushmore?

Anyway I said I would send my docs in by email and asked if they could confirm in chat they had received them, they suggested coming back in a few minutes to check.
Anyway a few minutes later i received an email from them stating that my documents had been received and my account verified!
That is super fast excellent service.
So I thanked them in chat just thought I would give them a thumbs up in here too as I am just as quick to criticize when things go badly
So cherry Red CS :thumbsup:

We run/own both casinos - However, when it comes to verifying accounts, we do require documentation to be sent to each casino separately.

But still so far the only service i find EXCEPTIONAL is the palace group (ruby fortune,spin palace etc..) your withdrawal will clear under 48 hours usually 24 hours and your check is in the mail box almost less than a week after! A friggin check and i didn't even pay extra for the express service,I can even reverse part of my withdrawal and don't have to reverse the whole thing and to cream the cake,if you ever experience and error and don't realize it a live chat window will pop up to tell you to chat with live support for the error...This happened to me yesterday and after they they offered me a 50% bonus on a reverse withdrawal,the error was even automaticly refunded and there was no real error but just for the little worry it caused me they gave me a bonus....

EcoCard should now be all set up in the Cherry Red cashier for both deposit and withdraw. Please make sure you see it on your side though, in the withdraw section before you deposit using it.

Robwin, I know you had a good experience with Cherry, but you seem to be the only one.
Yesterday they processed my withdrawal after 51 hours.
I PMed Louise when my withdrawal was already 45 hours in "reverse mode".
I wonder if the title of this thread is not misleading, because I read complaints most of the time.
If it continues like this, then this casino better would not be in the "Accredited list".
I appreciate the work Louise is doing, but it seems to me that she is the only one who cares about CS.
 
Just checked my account and my withdrawal is still pending and reversible!
Really getting annoyed now.
Will contact Louise and see what happens.

We would appreciate explanations as to WHY these instances of poor service happened. You seem honest and open, and your support staff can also learn from mistakes if they are openly investigated. It can often mean that experienced players can suggest possible causes to the CS staff when THEY encounter what looks like the same problem, and this should save time in investigating such issues.

We have already established that timeframes should NOT include weekends, so 48 hours starting on a Friday should be interpreted as "by Monday, or Tuesday at the latest".

Certainly, players can save a little time by sending documents after making their first deposit, so that by the time they make a withdrawal (assuming they win enough), their withdrawals can be requested and processing can begin straight away, hopefully to Neteller (hint;) ).

Louise, I do hope you are able to get this sorted out and make the processes fast for the one's who have posted here that did not receive the kind of exceptional service that I did and also what had originally motivated me to start this thread...I believe in giving casinos great compliments on their service when they have performed well as you guys did in my case but in the same regard I don't want to see my fellow forum members not receiving the same type of service...makes me look bad then for creating a thread bragging about how great you guys are, you know !!

I do believe you guys can set a new precedence for an RTG operation on great service and fast flushes and withdrawals too as long as your entire team is reading the same play book and operating in the back end with due diligence and fast service, I do hope you can get your team on board with you here...You look promising in a lot of folks eyes right now but that sentiment can turn in the blink of an eye if your CSR's and your Accounting team are allowed to procrastinate even in the slightest...;)

Woohoo! An incredible comeback. Deposited $30 got $30 bonus and started playing at $0.25 per spin at Sherlock Holmes. Went down to $0.37 so it was the last spin. Got free spins and went to $25 then later got many more free spins and up to $80. Played at other slots and was down to $60 when I played Toucan where I went down to less than $30. Doubled my bet and got the free spins at spin no. 3. Went back to $60 and lowered my bet (stupid move) as I got 5OAK coconuts with WILD twice consecutively bringing my balance to $90. But..having said that. Rockycatt, 7 days and Rob, 9 days to your bank account, and you guys are satisfied with that? :confused:

Not trying to be a smartass, but is part of it because you're in the U.S. and your expectations of fast payment are maybe lower than in other countries? Or are my expectations too high?

I'll hold off on Rushmore/Cherry Red for now I think. When I hear of them getting payouts done in 24 hrs or less, I'll give it a go.

Well, I would normally agree with you here Pina but in my case I had deposited with "online check" using their check service facility so I can understand having to wait some days for my check to clear with them and a couple more days for the wire transfer back to my checking account...:)

Many casinos have banned Canadian players, and have even cited UIGEA compliance as the reason why. This MIGHT make some casinos think they have to use the same processors for Canadians as they do for Americans, which leads to a longer processing time.

Neteller have also banned Canadians, and it seems only Moneybookers have no problems understanding that Canada and the USA are separate countries.

The UK is pretty unique, as many of the casino processors are UK registered companies, with offices here. Cheques for UK players are posted here in the UK, and drawn on one of the big banks.
ClubWorld have UK offices and support, and I think iNetBet might have too - this makes payment fast.

Moneybookers works identically to Neteller, it is immediate, and can also be set up to be automated, as 3Dice do. When I hit the withdraw button from 3Dice, an email pops up almost simultaneously that I have received money. It's completely automated, up to a certain amount. I believe if you go over that amount, then it has to be approved by finance/support staff or whomever. The only point I was trying to make is that if I played at Rushmore or Cherry Red, and used MB as my withdrawal method, there should be NO delays, and I would expect to be paid within 24 hrs, just as I am at Inetbet, 32Red, etc.

In any event, once you do deposit here, and if you are lucky enough to withdraw, make sure you post and let us know how quickly they get it done. I find the no weekends thing off-putting for myself, and is one of the reasons I chose Inetbet over ClubWorld. They process seven days a week, couple of batches a day. ClubWorld is M-F only, and it never fails if I win, it's on a Friday and end up waiting til Monday to get paid. Just not good enough for me. 32Red has now switched also to processing seven days a week, which IMO, was the ONLY thing lacking from them. They're pretty much perfect now, not much more room for improvement.
 
As an aside, if you do use moneybookers and you want to have a go at Slots Oasis, there's a generous 250% moneybookers sign up that allows you to play any game (apart from roulette and baccarat, off the top of my head). Pleased that I took that option - not been that impressed by the RTG slots (or the video poker), but the table games seem fair and quick (if not that pretty).

Actually, since Neteller is no longer and option for us in the USA, I find the online wallet is just about the same as Neteller was. I also get my funds from Inetbet in 12 hours or less, same with Clubworld..less than 24 hours.

Louise has been on top of this and though the casino is still a tad slow compared to those two casinos who have been established longer..I think she is making big strides in making it a casino to reckon with for payouts(withdrawal) speed.

MG and Rival still state 24 hours before processing but once that 24 hours is over, I have gotten my money with a few hours after this "waiting" period. I guess they too are making headway into releasing monies quicker because they have come around to the idea we have tried to get across for so long , is that the quicker we get paid, the faster they get it back...:lolup:
