Cherry Red Casino Exceptional Service !!

Just opened an account with cherry red. Wanted to deposit via ecocard but with the poor experience at King Solomons decided to check the withdrawal methods. No ecocard withdrawal though deposits with this method allowed. Too bad then.
 
Just wanted to update my thread I started to say that I received my winnings yesterday paid back into my bank account by wire transfer and it was done within 8 business days from the time of my cashout and this was also a deposit made by way of online check so that had to clear too...so not a bad time frame at all considering...:thumbsup:
 
Louise, I looked to see who hit the huge random jackpot (the last I saw while playing it, it was over $85,000) and nowhere can I find the winner...

I want to see if I can get a refund from them :D

Seriously though, I was wondering where it would be posted...

I tried to make a cashout to Moneybookers from cherry Red yesterday.
I heard nothing from them but noticed it was still reversible today so I figured they required docs although I was hoping because I had been verified at Rushmore I would be ok so I contacted live chat.

They answered very quickly and I explained the situation and to my surprise was told they had nothing to do with Rushmore.
I explained they had the same Rep here and was told they are part owned by the same people but independent of each other.
So is cherry Red a separate entity or a white label of Rushmore?

Anyway I said I would send my docs in by email and asked if they could confirm in chat they had received them, they suggested coming back in a few minutes to check.
Anyway a few minutes later i received an email from them stating that my documents had been received and my account verified!
That is super fast excellent service.
So I thanked them in chat just thought I would give them a thumbs up in here too as I am just as quick to criticize when things go badly
So cherry Red CS :thumbsup:

We run/own both casinos - However, when it comes to verifying accounts, we do require documentation to be sent to each casino separately.

But still so far the only service i find EXCEPTIONAL is the palace group (ruby fortune,spin palace etc..) your withdrawal will clear under 48 hours usually 24 hours and your check is in the mail box almost less than a week after! A friggin check and i didn't even pay extra for the express service,I can even reverse part of my withdrawal and don't have to reverse the whole thing and to cream the cake,if you ever experience and error and don't realize it a live chat window will pop up to tell you to chat with live support for the error...This happened to me yesterday and after they they offered me a 50% bonus on a reverse withdrawal,the error was even automaticly refunded and there was no real error but just for the little worry it caused me they gave me a bonus....

EcoCard should now be all set up in the Cherry Red cashier for both deposit and withdraw. Please make sure you see it on your side though, in the withdraw section before you deposit using it.

Robwin, I know you had a good experience with Cherry, but you seem to be the only one.
Yesterday they processed my withdrawal after 51 hours.
I PMed Louise when my withdrawal was already 45 hours in "reverse mode".
I wonder if the title of this thread is not misleading, because I read complaints most of the time.
If it continues like this, then this casino better would not be in the "Accredited list".
I appreciate the work Louise is doing, but it seems to me that she is the only one who cares about CS.
 
Just checked my account and my withdrawal is still pending and reversible!
Really getting annoyed now.
Will contact Louise and see what happens.

We would appreciate explanations as to WHY these instances of poor service happened. You seem honest and open, and your support staff can also learn from mistakes if they are openly investigated. It can often mean that experienced players can suggest possible causes to the CS staff when THEY encounter what looks like the same problem, and this should save time in investigating such issues.

We have already established that timeframes should NOT include weekends, so 48 hours starting on a Friday should be interpreted as "by Monday, or Tuesday at the latest".

Certainly, players can save a little time by sending documents after making their first deposit, so that by the time they make a withdrawal (assuming they win enough), their withdrawals can be requested and processing can begin straight away, hopefully to Neteller (hint;) ).

Louise, I do hope you are able to get this sorted out and make the processes fast for the one's who have posted here that did not receive the kind of exceptional service that I did and also what had originally motivated me to start this thread...I believe in giving casinos great compliments on their service when they have performed well as you guys did in my case but in the same regard I don't want to see my fellow forum members not receiving the same type of service...makes me look bad then for creating a thread bragging about how great you guys are, you know !!

I do believe you guys can set a new precedence for an RTG operation on great service and fast flushes and withdrawals too as long as your entire team is reading the same play book and operating in the back end with due diligence and fast service, I do hope you can get your team on board with you here...You look promising in a lot of folks eyes right now but that sentiment can turn in the blink of an eye if your CSR's and your Accounting team are allowed to procrastinate even in the slightest...;)

a realy great feeling of support ,only the very best to say of louise .

and we spoke about this site here and she said she was going to visit
and be availible

Was worried it would be after Weekend but Louise must have done the business.
