Cherry Casino

    Do you know if anyone here been able to sucessfully make a deposit at Cherry Casino? If so would you tell me how?

    I have tried all three methods (direct to them, Neteller, Prepaid ATM) using three different valid credit cards and not been able to do it. I have contacted their customer support and they say the problem is with the card issuers. I have had no problem using these cards with other vendors.

    I had a similar problem with Intercasino (I don't care for their software) a while ago and eventually I was able to send them a certified check. How do they stay in business if you can't make a deposit?

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Some credit card issuers may not allow you to deposit at online casinos. Maybe you can at some but not at others. But do you have also problems with neteller deposits? That's strange for me.

    Neteller could not take my credit cards. I was able to make a bank transfer but the fees were high.

    Do the casinos in question offer neteller instacash? If so, use it...they pay for the fees that way, not you. This way you don't have to deposit $ into your neteller account before making the purchase at the casino.

    I was able to deposit at Cherry Casino using Instacash, but the casino did NOT pay the instacash fee. I had to pay that myself. If you use instacash at Slotland, Slotland will indeed pay the 8.9% instacash fee. :thumbsup:

    Here was the response from Cherry Casino customer service:

    Probably Neteller charged you something for opening an account or transfering money. The problem is that Neteller is another company and its not related to us at all. Since they are a third party merchant company, we can not be held responsible for the amounts they charge for fees and such.

    I suggest you contact Neteller and ask them what those $17 are for. If you have any further questions, you are always welcomed to contact us again. We hope you are having a nice day.

    I use instacash all the time at Omni and have never had to pay any kind of fee.
