Changes for Canadians at Moneybookers

This weekend I went to request a wire at Moneybookers, and they have changed how they process to Canada.

They wanted the Clearing Code... Sort/Bank Code and Transit Number. I'm not sure when they implemented this change, I last requested a wire back in June or early July.

It was a very long weekend until I could telephone my bank to get this today. I was a very good girl at not exceeding my budget with all that loot sitting there.

Just thought a few of you might want to obtain that information in advance.

I just went through this, it was easy, just added the branch number to my trasit number, transfer was in my acct first thing this morning and was sent on Thursday, not bad considering a long weekend.

For what, a MB w/d, I paid $2.19 for a $1275 w/d via wire transfer through MB. RBC does charge $15 on my end though.

I just requested over $6K. The fee for a wire was a flat fee of under $3 (sorry, can't recall exact amount), and my bank will charge me $15 for the incoming wire (BM0).

A withdrawal by cheque is a slightly more, around $5, but you avoid any incoming wire costs. I've never used it myself, but I have heard from other players they arrive within a week and there's not problem cashing them.

Took quite a ding on conversion rates on some US and Euros, but still only amounted to around 4%.

Is this a CAD account Jennifer?

A long time ago, I received a wire for US dollars, the fees charged by my bank for a foreign currency were quite a bit more than getting the funds in from MB.

Hey guys

I am from Canada also, tried to do a withdrawal last week and a screen comes up they could not identify my details in my profile, yet I did a withdrawal with the same details 2 weeks ago!

I never received my address verification code like 2 years ago and that's what they want so now I can barely use my account and my money is stuck on there right now and I am a lil stressed out over this.

I sent them a email through their website about 3 days ago and no response, their phone number does not work from Canada or is a invalid number all together.

Is there anyway to contact them from Canada? Maybe some casino reps can help and give me some contact info as the funds are from casino's like club world?

Otherwise the only thing I can think of is if someone can do a swap for with me, I send moneybookers for a emt.

Anyone!?

Any way to get hold of them from Canada? The phone number comes up invalid, I am still stuck with funds on there and still no response, I will see the next few days as I sent a email to their security email, but if I get no response in the next few days I may have to go to the police.

to reply to your question you can phone them but its a long wait on the line but usually you get things straightout on the phone
