Hello All,
I,am new here and i have read all of the info on what and how is the best way to try to get satisfaction
in regards to a payout problem with certain casino,s or groups of casino,s.My question is after checking on the No Can Do list i have tried to file a form with the CDS complaint site ,but i have hit a snag and that is after filing out half of the info required to maybe get my problem looked at by the people whom i guess represent the RTG group the casinos that i have the complaint about are not on the list of casinos in the drop down on the form? This has me somewhat perplexed as the casinos that i have the problem with are listed as being in the Real Time Gaming group but yet they are not listed on the form that the RTG has on their complaint form. I thought that perhaps there may be some one else out there whom may have run into the same problem and knows how i may overcome this problem with my trying go about filing a complaint and being stalled by this strange problem. I know that it may be a bit tough but there has too be someone out there who can offer a answer.Peace Out! Out Of The Mist

I have PM,ed you as i did not know if it is alright too show a name of a casino without permission i,am still new to this and mistakes are not in my agenda.If i can i will gladly list the names and amounts owed as it is a very long and stressful journey.Thanks for responding.Peace Out,shewoff

It is my hope that by listing these 2 casinos that others will know that trying to maintain a good reliable players situation with these casinos and not losing my temper and that is very hard to do as it has been 6 month since i requested a payout from both and many phone calls to support and by the way the same phone# applies to both and they hold all of the docs and still try at first to tell you that they are different sites. They have told me all manor of untruth like we will e-mail management and they do i guess? But they have no power and even thou i was told that i was on a expedite list my payouts are still just pending and e-mails to the supposed casinomeister to try to reach a real person is a joke i doubt that having googled the name Oliver Curran the real man is dead?The names are RealVeagsOnline amount owed 3,500usd and PlentyJackPots 5,000usd. They have approved my docs and they still just simply do not reply not any time nor any method. This has become very frustrating and i have gotten payment from other sites in the group they also have not payed my last request. I am afraid you have picked about the worst 2 possible casinos you can get.

Unfortunately both are on the no can do list here so this site will not be able to help you get paid.

They have a history of no payment and awol CS staff. They have been doing it for years and get away with it as theres always someone else that will deposit and keep them going.

At the top of this page you will find a google custom search box. Just type the names in there and you will get many threads detailing exactly how bad that group of casinos is.

Thanks I really do appreciate your info and its no real news to me that they are that bad.It bothers me that they have me spend time and money and go thru all of the playing to satisfy the playthru and still they do nada! Its a sad world sometimes and all of us have to take a bite i guess.I have already pretty much written off bring paid but its always good play to cover all your bases.I do hope that at sometime in the future this comes back to them in spades...
