Casumo Withdrawal Very Slow

Hey Guys,

I have been with Casumo for a few years, I know they can take upto 23 hours to approve a withdrawal but my complaint is about after the withdrawal. I use Casumo and a number of other casinos for my slot playing pleasure. I know some casinos approve withdrawals faster than others thats understandable. Now with Casumo and others if the withdrawal is approved before 9pm it is normally available in my account the next day including saturdays (via debit card) I have never had to wait longer unless my withdrawal is approved on a Saturday then I would have to wait till Monday. During the week Casumo withdrawals have gone in the following day. I have had 2 Casumo withdrawals approved at 1pm on Friday expecting it to hit my account on the Saturday but nothing. Even this morning nothing so I am rather annoyed by this. I am from the UK and not using a Euros account. So if anyone else had had the same experience with this and could shed some light on it rather than me speaking to Casumo staff who just tell you what you want to hear it would be much appreciated. I know they state around 1-3 banking days but other people from the UK will know it always goes in before.

Thanks for listening to my rant

My experience with Casumo - a short time ish ago they were really quick, sometimes in minutes but defo a few hours. Then, say 6months or a year ago, they suddenly went to 23 hours on the dot....however, over the last week or so they've been back to 1 hour for withdrawals (last 6)

I did have a HighRoller one and a Casumo one approved to my debit card at roughly same time and i do notice they normally take one more day to hit my debit card with Casumo for some reason.

I thought most casino's accredited on here allowed a person to pre-approve their identity before playing? I contacted Casumo and they said no, not until withdrawal...I have never switched casinos before but fed up with Videoslots so want something new. Is this ok then ?? I have read too many stories of people getting screwed over by not getting verified first. Is Casumo a valid casino to trust ..based on players experience?? Thanks for the help

Maybe you can ask the casino rep? I think it's really strange that accounts cannot be verified prior to making your first deposit.

I see you posted here about 6 hours after you filed your PAB on this same issue. I recommend you (re)read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures because you're in violation of item 2.3. Your PAB has been cancelled.

Later: my mistake, see below.

Hi Max, could you please reinstate the PAB? This slow withdrawal post is dated 2018 and the PAB is for this year

Thanks

Hi Max,
Yes I did which is why my current complaint was set as PAB. This complaint you have posted on here is from 30th July 2018 and the PAB complaint is 30th July 2019. I apologize if I did not notice Casumo were part of accredited last year as I was still a newbie. That's why with the one I posted yesterday I checked all the rules and posted correctly under PAB. Could I ask why I am being penalised a year later please? If I broke the rules last year it should have been flagged last year. I do appreciate you trying to help though, it was just an honest mistake when I posted this particular one last year sorry

Thanks

FTR if it helps, updates to UK banking at some brands, i.e. Natwest for one which used to show a credit due in on MONDAY as available on the Saturday preceding, have changed.

So credits due from after close of business Friday won't appear until the next working day, Monday. I know, as I used to see Saturday updates and advance credits on my account the same as the OP.

This was already rectified a year ago but thanks anyway bud :)

Yup, you're quite right!
Seems your PAB came in one year minus 6 hours after the post and I didn't check the year on the timestamps.
My bad, and apologies for it.
Needless to say that PAB will be fully reinstated.

Haha it's fine Max it's easily done :) thank you very much and I will definitely be checking the rules thoroughly moving forward. Thanks for the heads up anyway and have a great day
