Misc Correction Casumo Updates T&C after Casinomeister feedback

Hello Everyone!

Some time ago a few of you read our T&C and noticed the point 5.7 that said that winnings could be paid in instalments and rightfully you didn't like it. I didn't like it ether and after some research everybody at Casumo agreed that we have never used this against a player with big winnings ( not even at our 3.300.000€ winning from a player) and we also agreed that this is against the Casumo way of handling players/big winnings. Therefor this point will be removed during our next update of the T&C. =)

This is the paragraph in its entirety:
"5.7. If you win EURO €100,000 or more and decide to withdraw a major part of the winning (over 50%), we have the right to divide the pay-out into ten instalments, paid with 10 per cent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts."

I see that your standard WR is 25x (deposit + bonus). You haven't considered changing this to 50 times bonus for offers that are lower than 100%?(or something like it).

The reason I'm asking is because if you take a 30% match 25x (bonus + deposit) you suddenly got a huge wagering requirement of like 100 times the bonus.

But why they still block german players? I would love to login, deposit and play there again.

This is a valid thought and I will pass it to our product guys. Im not aware if we have had this discussion yet. Theres always room for improvement so let me know all your thought and I will make sure that the right person sees them. ( this includes everyone from our ambassadors to our founders )

I´d love to open the german site again but then we would need a german specific licence. Maybe when we are bigger

Oops, when did you closed your site for german players? I just played some freespins yesterday. And i registered a month ago and my first deposit was made on 2015-05-04.

So im not allowed to play at casumo? Registered with correct details of course and im using no VPN or something like that to hide my location.


edit: I just checked my details and my country is listed as UK but the adress and everything else is correct. So im not sure if i chose the wrong country when registering. Im sorry if that causes any troubles for you it was my mistake but it was unintendend.

from what i thought you just excluded germans as some kind of precaution after the blackjack player case got public. Right after that Casumo and guts told germans they wont be able to play until further notice.

So to my knowledge there is no "german" license. I mean i can still play at any other big and small sites? So is it your management that doesnst allow me to login and play to casumo account and play or really any law?

If you want i sign a form which states that if the german authorities ever go after me if i collect weinnings from casumo, i wont blame you guys

Just so bad that i was playing casumo from the beginning, now when it improved, more games, better promos iam excluded because of my country which was fine before... So if theres any chance let me know..

It would be nice to know why exactly you stopped letting germans use the site. As for Guts, after the incident with the german blackjack player who got problems with the authorities due to his large bank wires that hit his account and came from online gambling, guts sent an email to german players it it sounded more like "precaution". The situation in germany i svery complex and depends on where you live (state) within the country.

I just read an article about one guy from Germany who cashed out 60k he won on pokerstars (via a 5ocent satelite btw ^^)

His bank froze his account due to "money laundering" allthough stars offered to send an official letter explaining the funds origin.

Seems really like a casetocase situation, but i would never be that stupid paying out thousands from online gambling to my bank account. Most likely i would hit the atm with my neteller card for as long as it takes

Me too, i also liked their concept and am really jealous seeing they now added wms and other providers.
