Casumo. How long does a withdrawal take?

Solution
Hi all,

Andy and Louis are not in the house today but I can answer this question for you guys. We always try to approve all withdrawals in max 24 hours and sometimes we can approve your withdrawal in a couple of minutes and sometimes it can take the max 24 hours. This all depends on how much work our payments team has. After we approved your withdrawal it is depending on what withdrawal method you used on how long it takes before it is in your account.

VISA 1-5 business days after approval
Skrill instantly after approval
Neteller instantly after approval
All banks 1-5 business days after approval

If there are any questions you are always welcome to join us in our live chat. :)

Make it a great weekend guys!
It is hard to say. It depends on the amount, the withdrawal method, and if your account has been verified.

At the moment for UK players, we have 13.8 hour average for these payments to hit a webwallet - this is from 119 entries from our Meister Minion members.

Most of these payout times are listed here:

It was only £350 from a verified account. I withdrew using my bank card. I initially withdrew on the 12th but on live chat today she only just approved the withdrawal

Previous 2 experiences

1) Received within the hour
2) Almost 24 hours and a visit to their support!

So as Bryan says "How longs a piece of string" difficult one these days to ascertain.

I think they have payment batches and cycles so its mostly a case of dropping lucky when you request it. Support will process it if they're not busy, approach with caution and do not be pushy though as I've read of them challenging RG issues in similar instances ;)

casumo are the absolute best casino there is at the moment. i would like to see their rating improve (although 9.1 is really good, they are leagues ahead of the disgusting scammy betsson group, who have a rating of 9.2

They were my favourite too, until I found out that Swedish/UK etc players get literally half of the prizes as people outside of the tax swamps. And I don't blame them btw, I understand that they gotta do what they gotta do. But no other casino race seems to cut your prizes for being in a license-country so I'm sticking with others for now. My RTP on Casumo is actually more than 105% over nearly 13k spins so it was certainly good while it lasted :) Great customer support and literally instant withdraws (for me).

If it’s to a UK debit card, it can be around 2-3 days from Casumo approving the withdrawal. Or indeed any credit going back to a card.

Instant if you withdraw to the bank account directly, but debit card withdrawals are always slower.

If it’s been approved and on the way, you’ll either have it just before or just after the weekend.

We have no smaller race prices for any country. We do not take taxes on winnings and this seems like something that must've gone wrong in the case/cases you are referring to.
Taxes on winnings is something that the player has to pay to their respective government and is nothing we can control.
If this is referring that there is a difference between the first price in the reel race between countries, that is not correct. The winnings for the first price in our reel race tonight at 20:00 for example is €2000, £2000, $2000 (Canadian dollars) and 20.000 Swedish Krona.

Should I have totally misunderstood your statement then please correct me :)

Still a good place to play tho.
And I for one am not bothered with races.
I just play the slots that I like, no intention of battling on slots that I do not like and the chance of winning is not great as so many people participate.

On topic: I receive my WD's mostly within a few hours on my Skrill, never had issues except for my last WD which had to go to my VISA, took a few days.
But all in all Casumo is a very decent casino to play.

Nono, I wasn't trying to say that anybody was being taxed :) I assumed that the prizes were lower in Sweden/UK than for example Canada because of the gambling taxes, because that's the excuse VideoSlots used to increase the house edge by more than 50% for players from Sweden, UK, Ireland, Germany etc.

I tried creating a Canadian account just now and this is what it looks like to me on the Swedish vs Canadian version:

swe.png can.png

Everything shows as 2x the prize on the Canadian version for me.

Hmm should be 500kr and 1000kr in Swedish version then according to the rep

I'm sorry for that, human error, I managed to write $2000 when it's supposed to be $4000 for the Canadians. The reason is that the dollar is weaker than the euros.

From approval to my bankaccount : For Norwegian players it takes 24 hrs. (Weekdays)

Casumo is my favourite online casino, never experienced any hassle. (Played online since 2007.)

Casumo Louis: Is the highest level 180? I have completed this level at least 15 times.

I will copy my private reply to @oslopoker

180 is indeed the maximum level in the Casumoverse.
When you reach 180 you will still get rewards from leveling up, but in a slightly different way. Instead of the normal levels, you spend the 180 "space levels" collecting crystals. When you've done 7 space levels and collected at least 7 space crystals during those 7 levels, you will get a space crystal valuable.

Last weeks withdraw took over 12 hours, todays already over 6.5 hours. I use Neteller so instant once approved. I dont take bonuses at Casumo so I dont see why they are taking so long to process all the time. How can Videoslots process in less than 5 minutes yet Casumo take so long ?

Its officially 23 hours reversal (from CS rep), but I have had them done in minutes and in the bank next day, might have been because i asked for a flush and they said no but then did it anyway? could have just been lucky timing.

@deanus76
This week has been a busy week and we've had tons and tons of withdrawals to handle, and quite a lot of document reviewing. Therefore we've had a bit of longer queues within those two areas.
You can also pop by chat and see if they can process the withdrawal faster, as it is sometimes possible :)
