Casumo Affiliate Spam Problem

Your numerous compliance emails and threats to close accounts if people didn't comply over the past 6 months obviously didn't do the trick ;)
Had a look at that page - OMG what an awful review!
I know I'm jut an "amateur Webmaster" but I would never write bollocks like that. It's all just spin and fancy words - no substance at all.

And obviously they are STILL ignoring Casumo guidelines, as there are no key T&Cs for the bonus or a link to same. :eek2:
Not even an 18+, T&Cs apply & begambleaware message.

And the page is still live of course...

perhaps you can do the same to the one that keeps haunting my inbox whose website is a clock
a clock ffs.
or the other that just says 'coming soon'
or the one that only has a picture of a clipart phone

In which case they will have proof of that, screenshot of your opt in with date/time/where/ip address.
If they can't supply that then I would argue its not valid. To be fair, Stephen is very good at shutting them down :)

This is the first complaint we have had with this affiliate, he has been told to cease mailing traffic in all geos.

Also the affiliate will not be paid for this campaign, I think this should get the point across.

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, feel free to send anymore you come across.

because it wouldnt be a complete day without at least 3 spam email about Casumo from affiliates who have nothing more than holding pages (ie 0 content) as a website
forwarded to rep

Apologies, we are working to get these affiliates in order or kick them to the curb.

The affiliate has been paused whilst we investigate, you should not receive any more emails.

Best Regards

Hi ColinsUnderland,

I am surprised to hear this as we are very strict on this matter and compliance is something we take very seriously. We are going to keep an extra eye out the next month to see if we missed something. Please always feel free to private message me these non-compliant adverts with a screenshot and a direct link towards the site you get sent to from the advert. That would be super helpful for us.

Thanks for tipping us, Colin.

Hi all and hope every one is well. I am sorry I have not been around for a while but boy have I been busy.

I just had an email for this thread and thought I would have a little say. I personally have not seen any from casumo except my normal inbox one's, but what got my attention was that sinse the rules came into affect about spamming emails and false advertisements than I hardly received any emails from sites and the new rule seemed to work.

But here is the funny part, the past few weeks my inbox has been getting full again? Even from well known bigger sites I have not heard from sinse the privacy rules come into affect. Even from sites I was only hearing from like once a week I am now now getting daily emails from.

So here is the question, whats changed? or is it that sinse the introduction of the privacy rules etc things have died down and sites are trying there luck? what ever the reason is, the word is defiantly getting passed around.

No complaints from Casumo on my part but after seeing colinsunderland post I thought it would be a good place to start to see what is going on.

I'll pop some up later when I get 5 minutes, I think I took a couple of screenshots last night when I noticed some. They aren't bad breaches, more things like significant T&C's missing, but I haven't seen any like this for ages, so thought I would mention it :)
