casinopop terrible customer service

    I'm having terrible time with casinopop right now. Nightmare customer service.
    Sent the casino rep a PM on here.

    I sent them the documents over and over, just excuses.
    Phone number doesn't work for them
    Went on live chat many times, email many times.
    Total joke of a casino. They email you , and ask you to log in, and upload documets.
    When I try and log in, they sayd account blocked. Live chat says account closed.

    Live chat said email docs over instead, which I did.
    They said they don't want scan, they want a photocopy, then they want a photo using a camera?
    Images perfectly clear, followed everything correctly.
