They are in places you could easily stumble across and those you'd need to spend some time on
but most def forum - just think 'site wide'

My suggestion, in most of these things, is, enjoy, find what you can, when and if able and at your leisure.
Sure, there's rewards for the most dedicated, but designed as well, for casual participation

It may seem tricky, but really, it's designed so members can play as/if they wish and to run the week, and reward those as wish to search. Too hard, people get frustrated - too easy, it's over in a sec.
