Casinomax deposits (in taiwanese)

Can someone (anyone) explain the recent issues with Casinomax. I tried to make a deposit and i got message that it was being converted to Taiwanese dollars and a totally different dollar amount than i was depositing (I cant read taiwanese).....So i cancelled both deposits before they went through.

Now, to add to these, i messaged the rep on the platform... He tells me "its ok we use different processors around the world so your exact dollar amount will be deposited"

NO i dont think so, if i cannot read that in the dollar amount im depositing in im not depositing because im not going to pull out an international currency calculator.....
