So why do the new games at Casinomax consider $4.20 to be a big win????????????? Little win huge screen shows up BIG WIN...$4.20 on a $2.00 bet is NOT a big win.

Mostly all the new ones they just brought out like Tian Di Yuan Su and that one before it. There is another issue with Dian Di Yuan Su I have video proof of but im waiting on response from Karolina at Casinomax before I post it. IF im correct.

These games even call $12.46 cents a MEGA WIN. Its on the verge of insulting for a $2.50 bet.

Im sure with enough whining they might admit to an 'accidental' error in the visual displays coding and rectify it. Unless one has a fetish for getting angry while winning i cant see how anyone would play them again after witnessing such a thing.
Reminds me of once taking a free kick at primary school in the dying moments from 30 yards against an older team from another school and running off celebrating like id scored vs Barcelona youth despite bringing the score to 12-1

The big win animations and triggers on the new RTG games is completely dumb. Pragmatic slots used to do "Nice" animations for 10x wins, but the later slots have it set up better so it does it on wins around 20x and higher. Why RTG has the "Big Win" set so low is just... What the heck... :/

those are just the new RTG games. Pretty annoying. But if you hit those with the multipliers on the bonus games they are kind of big wins I guess. But triggering the bonus game for 4 bucks and having it say big win is way annoying. I usually just skip the spin button to end the display.

It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that 2xbet is "Big Win" and 10xbet = "Mega Win"...

Someone somewhere needs to get RTG to change this, as it make the entire software look like a joke...

It's something I have spoken to the senior management about here and I have asked them to bring it up when they next have a conference call with the development team at RTG, hopefully other operators will follow suit. I get the reasoning as to why they have implemented this idea however, I think that the parameters that trigger the message need rethinking. At the present moment I can see how some people would see the message as patronizing.

Yup....had this delightful experience (NOT!) yesterday at FairGo. Bird Wars outside so went to investigate (noisy miners chasing after the cat, who is absolutely petrified of any bird, poor little thing. ). When I returned, I had the BIG WIN on the screen for a measly 3x my $1.50 stake. Grrrrrr!

Well I didn't leave the room, but I can look at the screen and know its NOT a big win. ive had big wins as my screenshots prove and these make me feel insulated and not sure why...I mean I bet anywhere from $2.00 a spin to $3.00 for ME that's a lot of money im not rich, im not greedy, im all about fair play and when I see Big win on screen and all these flashies and I look and ive got 5 of a kind across one line or 4 or 3 and a 2x and it says HUGE MEGA WIN and they turn around and show anywhere from $4.20 win to 12.40 I just want to reach across the screen and smack someone lol.

I totally agree, I prefer the term insulting to players. Not sure why I feel this way when I see it but its gotten to that point. It made me think that maybe some of the casinos were trying to slow down spins. I mean I couldn't figure out any other way they could justify it. Glad the honest casinos are trying to get this fixed. I just hope its soon...

Honestly, cant be 100% the case because. IE. I bet $2.00 a spin and win $4.00 it does not trigger big win screen it seems to be totally random (sometimes). BUT it will at anything that has the wild on it that goes above the double bet. Ive had it trigger big win on a $2.00 bet when a wild showed up to make 3 across....I wanted to known that wild off the screen lol

I stopped playing the Ti Yung (cant spell it) game on casimomax because of this and other issues with the game had 9 wilds on the screen one of them was 2x and had multiple line win $48.00 called a mega win. I went off. That game in and of itself the payouts don't fully make sense. Personally and this is just me but I think that one is a huge house scam for any casino
