CasinoEuro - Account Closed

Today I received an email from CasinoEuro that my account was closed.

"We regret to inform you that your account has been closed and the CasinoEuro website will no longer be available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. "

I contacted them and asked what was the reason and received this reply:

"I regret to inform you that this decision has been made and we do not have more details about the reason why your account was closed. We appreciate your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience!"

Is this a normal practice, does this happen often?

That is not good enough for an accredited casino. If you have invested your money there then they have a duty to express their reasons for that decision. 
 
I asked them if I can expect more information about this in the future and their reply was:

"It was a decision made by other team, I am afraid for now we do not have further information about this. I can not guarantee any future answer but I really hope that you understand us."

I have deposited a few thousand, made withdraws and had fully verified account.

Hmm Thats not how I expected a BML casino to handle situation like this regarding a Players account, and to be honest I think its actually very rude of them , could be change in their t&c's regarding restricted country's of residence, Multiple accounts within the group aimed at bonus abuse, or it could simply be a mistake , My money is on a recent change in t&c's regarding restricted country's..

either way you look at it its no excuse to rude and just cut you off like that with no proper reason

I lived in Austria in the past (when I registered account here) now I am in Slovenia. And account is registered under Slovenia.

I could except the reason that players from Slovenia are not welcome to play there anymore. But it that is the case why the secrets?
 
I got the same treatments from Casumo. One day I had this when I tried to log in:

No information email sent, only when I asked live chat they mentioned that they stopped serving my country. It happened more than a month ago, but the T&C has still not updated.

As to the OP that response sounds like its due to a county restriction, Why the hush treatment I do not know, But my guess is they may have some high rollers, If they state county restricted than them players may look else where, but at the minute it would be worth there while to keep taking there £$£$£

I posted similar topic here, later I did some research and found this:

Outdated URL (Invalid)

Looks like we have Gambling Act being active by end of year and Casinos will have to apply for licenses to avoid any legal issues (thats why they're restricting access to our country - to start fresh and do everything legal).

So what are the alternatives? Can we expect by the end of the year that we won't be able to play in any online casinos?

Be carefull if you are planning to criticize their games or makers of games.. They close your account .

What exactly do you mean?

If you claim you're getting banned from sending an email with constructive feedback or suggestions or asking stuff like "can I trust your in-house slots as much as any other" then I can't believe you.

But if the criticism you're talking about is ranting in a long email with a message that can be attributed to "I lost my money - give it back or else" then I fully support account closure.
 
I demanded them to explain me why their new slot (rise of the vikings) from developer ive never heard before is paying nothing, nothing at all, having 2 scatters on reels 1 and 3 all the time, showing 12 freespins scatter on reel 5 but when you actually hit free spins its 5 freespins and last thing was that every time no matter what viking you get to be wild , that viking totally disappears from game , i mean totally .. never seen single one of them during feature.

I didnt get reply to my demands, I got reply where they say that they have made clear how their games work (i claimed new raging rhino to be rigged couple months ago) and since im again complainting they have decided to close my account for 3 months...

Long story short.. I think some of their games are not fair = i'm not having fun at their casino (or i have problem) ...
