I deposited one month ago and played with a bonus, done my WR and withdrawed the winning.
Sent my documents also.
I have now been waiting my winning for about one month.
The casino has kept pushing the winning back to my balance because there was always something wrong with the method I chose (first NEteller, then bank transfer).
I finally got all bank transfer details right. Done my withdrawal once more and after one week went to ask on live chat if my winnings were paid. They said yes and that they would have hit my bank account in 10 days.
On 17th of Nov I receive a mail saying the winning were not yet paid
Our processor are now only able to send the money in Euros to our players, in order to do this and in order to do it in a speedy manner we will need a Swift code. If you have another bank account in your name you can send us the details with that banks Swift details. If you don’t then can you please open a new account as this is the only way we can send you your winnings.

I sent them my SWIFT code once again (that was already in the info I input while doing my withdrawal) and complained I was informed in chat that the winnings were already processed....I received no reply.
This evening I still went to the chat to ask about the situation and they were not able to reply.
Anybody knows how I can get the winnings from that casino asap? Is there any Rushmore member in this forum who could help me solving the situation?
