These guys are incredible. I have 20$ as comp points in my account and when i tried to exchange them for casino chips a message apeared that my comp points conversion is temporary suspended.

After sending an email here is the response :

Hello

Thank you for contacting the CR Helpdesk with your comments.

The temporary suspension of Casino Rewards VIP points is based on a number of contributing factors - including your entire history within the Casino Rewards network - and as indicated in our previous correspondence we are unable to provide you with the specific criteria by which the suspension will be lifted.
We simply ask that you continue to demonstrate an intention to play, deposit & wager at the casino in accordance with the Casino?s promotional Terms & Conditions and your entitlement to redeem points will be replaced.
I hope this information may help you.

Kind Regards
Daniel

This is absolutely unelievable. I ve only joined 1-2 of their casinos and never played there a lot. But these guys seem not to know how to make bussiness. I told them to close all my accounts with them and that I ll go somewhere they want me as a player....

They are very quick to cut folks off from bonuses and redeeming comp points.

In my case it was instant. Immediatley after I redeemed the sign-up bonus for chips (before I even started playing), my access to using comp points and bonuses was halted.

Here is another one. I only played at one of their casinos(Golden Tiger) made a first deposit and happened to win. I was then declined the first deposit bonus:

We regret to inform you that your use of promotional chips has been temporarily suspended.

Unfortunately, due to promotional abuse in the past, the casino has been forced to take precautionary steps to ensure that players do not take advantage of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds.

To exchange your points for casino chips simply deposit and play at any of your Casino Rewards partner casinos. Your points should be available to you soon!

If you feel you have reached this page in an error or if you have any questions please contact our 24 hour, 7 days a week call center either by email at support@casinorewards.com or through our toll free numbers on our contact sheet.

This is the standard message of their system Zoozie.
These guys should be avoided untill they decide or manage to act professionally....

I ve never seen this before. These guys are incredible. They closed all my accounts after my request of course. They did not bother to give me my comps or at least try to persuade me to stay as their player. What amazes me is that i ve not received a lot of bonuses from them neither i chased their bonuses. The sum of the bonuses must be 100-150$, not more.

I wonder: do i cost less than the 20$ comp points that they would have given me? If i had a company like this I would try to keep my players. This is the wise to do from all aspects... What if a player had won a few bucks from comps and the other day deposited thousands??

Anyway, Casino rewards are out of the game for me. They used to be better when I first learned them. It's a pity they ve taken the wrong road.

CASINO REWARDS....:sniper:BYE BYE

umberto i see you mentioned accounts (plural), can i ask did you try to claim sign-up bonuses at more than one ?

if you did, are you aware that you have broken the T+C's for that group as you are not allowed more than one sign-up bonus.

Scrollock, that's what seemed strange to me... I opened two accounts with them years before. 3 or more.... There were no such terms those years. Then i register an account in casino classic before a few days. Claiming bonuses??? Are you serious..? These guys bonuses are a joke with all the attached wagering requirements......

On a personal opinion casino rewards needs to be put on the not recommended list at best the rogue list.
Agreed!

With their ridiculous bonus rules, actions as detailed above, and totally un-contactable (or at least - totally not answering customers e-mails, answering phones or having 'Live Chat' turned on) customer service, these guys have showed themselves to be the least reputable of ALL the Microgaming casinos.

I strongly urge everyone to steer well clear of all 'Casino Rewards'* casinos.

(*That name - some sort of sick joke?)

All I want is new players to see these posts and avoid some casinos at least at first while they are inexperienced. The good ones must be promoted, as done in this forum, and the shit ones must be kicked away.

Daft CS

Seems their marketing are unaware that players may not claim a bonus at more than one casino. Despite me ignoring them for ages, I am still sent promotions encouraging me to open an account and take a new bonus at the new casinos (Captain Cooks etc). These are not spam, they come from Casino Rewards themselves, clearly this is deliberate deceptive marketing on their part to existing players who have registered at their first Casino Rewards casino. The write-up for how the rewards system itself works is based on the idea that players will join more than one casino, and will have bonuses at more than one casino (it lists bonuses in a "by casino" listing, and classes them as usable in "any" or "specific" casinos). This is hardly a system designed for a one bonus per individual person within the whole group!
Fortune Lounge have the same type of centralised comping account, but there is no suggestion from them that it is one bonus per individual over the whole group.
I am also concerned that this group have been able to hold SlotJunkies events, how will they treat a player of one of their casinos who opens another account at Golden Tiger to play in SlotJunkies (I think I can guess "your ability to redeem comp points has been temporarily suspended............").

Same here. They suspended me ages ago, but they still send me promotions at least once a week. There's no hint anywhere that you're only allowed to play at one casino.

Either there's no communication whatsoever between marketing and promotions, or else they're deliberately trying to mislead people.

that is absolutly spot on, the whole concept of casino rewards is playing at several different sites and then pooling your bonuses and loyalty points, as you say they have a different site where all your accounts are linked in together.

i dont know about the rest of the world, but in the UK loyalty cards are often called "reward cards" and they can be used several different shops, but you pool your points, which can then be used to be spent in any of the shops participating in the rewards when you reach a certain level.

till you pointed this out vinyl i had completly missed it, it is the concept of this group and they even advertise it in their name i.e. "casino rewards" if they are not going to live up to it, they could at least change their name.

i myself am bonus banned from there, i attempted to redeem a second bonus and accept that it was my own fault for not reading the terms and conditions about only being allowed one sign up bonus across the whole group.

but surely its not that difficult to change the line of computer code that locks you out to "you are not entitled to redeem more than one sign up bonus, but you may still particpate in the rest of casino rewards scheme"

rather than the "your banned, you filthy bonus whore, dont come back" or whatever else it says this effect.

It is not just that you can only play at one site. They don't even give you the offers they advertise at the first site.

I only signed up at one Casino Rewards site at first. There was a sign up bonus. It also says "Get another $20 totally FREE just for making a deposit using NETeller or Click2Pay". OK, I got the sign-up bonus.

But when I went to redeem the extra Neteller bonus, I go the screen that says my bonuses are locked and I should deposit and play at one of their partner casinos. So I went and deposited at one of their partner casinos. But I found myself still locked out from redeeming comp points and bonuses.

The extra bonus Neteller bonus is simply a scam.

If they had not locked me out, they probably would have found I am not a bonus 'abuser'. I play regularly at Roxy Palace and 32red with and without bonuses.

i had the same experience with CR

i was able to get their $110 bonus and the $20 neteller bonus at Lucky Emperor by moving it into my account ASAP. then when i gained $40 in further bonus they locked it, and when I called to inquire politely, they treated me like a criminal. a little while later, I hit my first royal flush there playing VP. I cashed out to neteller without problem, but they won't get a shot to get any of that win back unless they change their ways.

they seem to encourage their affiliates to market them all together implying that the same player could play all their bonuses.

Casino Classic

I have problems with casino classic. I played the frem money transferd the 200 and made a deposit of 20. I then wagered all of it 15 times at cyberstud like the terms said I could. Now the have changed the terms and says poker need to wager 30 times. But they changed it after my cashout. Are they allowed to do that?

Here are the mails from them.

We are contacting you regarding your recent withdrawal which is being refunded back to your casino account. The reason for this is that you have not yet met wagering requirements.
In accordance with our general terms & conditions, as posted on our website, you are required to wager the credits placed in your account as well as any deposit required to earn that bonus prior to any withdrawal. This does not mean that you can't win with your credits, only that you must wager this amount before withdrawing.
The equation you must follow is (Amount purchased + bonus) x fifteen (15) for all games except Blackjack, Video Poker and Power Poker which require thirty (30) times turnover.
Using the promotional bonus for no risk wagers or to wager on Roulette, Progressive Roulette, Sic Bo, Baccarat, or Craps does not fulfill your obligation with regard to the total amount wagered prior to withdrawal.
Please note that doubling up on any game at the casino will not count towards your wagering requirements

Please be advised that Cyberstud is regarded as a form of poker. Hence you have to wager approximately double the amount that you have already.

Your wagering status is as follows to date;

Total wagered to date 3,582
Total admin to date 200
Min Purchase 20
Still to wager at 30 type games 3,018
Still to wager at 15 type games 1,509

You need to meet these wagering requirements before you can make a withdrawal as per the terms and conditions of the Casino.

I do not know what to do???

OMG.... Good stuff!
....But I see a huge load of upset and disappointed messages coming to them. At least they are showing the balls now to confront themselves with the reality out there!

I don't play at Casino Rewards myself, but to all that do or wish to, this is great news. And a step in the right direction.

Think we could ever get Grand Prive to sign up a rep here? If any group needs one, it's them.

It is a step, but I think they are the worst Microgaming group, and they have a lot of work to do before thay could even move up to second-worst status.

Understand the games

They can start by understanding their own games.

Cyberstud is TABLE poker, their terms for 30x wagering stipulate only VIDEO poker. They will naturally have rewritten this retrospectively, and I expect it will now put 30x on all games.

"Emma" can bog off though, I am still not playing, not even with the latest bonus bonanza I am promised, all of which are against the general T & C for me to actually claim, so why send them - I'll not be allowed them.

They lost me in a dispute over 40 in comps, but have lost all the action that might have gone their way, but has now gone to Vinoka at Casino Action, and they have proper scoreboards as well, so I can see if it's worth playing a particular event or not.

Screw this group or else they will screw you!

If you have ever received any bonus from them they will nail you with fictional wagering-requirements on any possible withdrawals in the future.

Casino Rewards is reserving themselves the right to apply terms that are not written anywhere on their website.
Fear them!
