casino representatives

I've seen in some forums representatives from the casinos: when someone complains about the casino, they come up and try to explain things to their advantage. are there such people in this forum?
not that I need them now, but in case I'll have to complain

Some scout on their own and show up. Most don't. Usually, when I see something and know the respective rep and they don't show, I let them know there is a post they need to see.

No rule, some do some don't.

There are many casino operators and marketing execs who monitor this forum. This is not just a player board, but a board used by people from all arenas in this industry.

When I get the time, I will set up a special page/section/something that will list these members by user name and association so that they can be PMed or emailed easily.

still I noted that there are some people who don't conceal they are the reps, so they really can be listed. what's more, there are casino affiliates, who can be especially anxious in praising their casinos.

I do openly say what I think, and when a good casino that always pays and pays on time and has a decent bonus structure etc. gets raked over the coals I pipe up.

But mostly I come here to listen to players and get information about various casinos so I know who to promote and who not to.

My own testing only goes so far... the player community is who really directs my decisions.
