Last month I deposited 100$ to Golden Nile Casino.Had bonus.Wager it 8000$

(more more than wagering requirements) and cash-outed 260$.I waited for a

week.There was no money in my neteller account.I have send email to

them.There were no answer.Then I logged in my casino account and saw

that they send back my money to my casino account.I send an email.They

didnt answer of course.


I thought,may be I didnt finished wagering requirements (they have RTG

software and software tells me that I finished).But I have wagered another

1000$ and cashouted 360$.

Again no payments in one week,again emailed them,again no answer,again

downloaded,again saw my winnings back to my casino account.I have played

with it another more than 1000$ and cashouted 500$.

I am sure they will send it back to my casino account.And this time,I will lost.And then they will send an answer to my emails.

They should've honored your first cashout for $260, now they owe you $500. Do they have a rep here? If not, PAB time.

Some tips for you:-

1] Don't even think about gambling with your funds until you get an answer!
2] You say you know how much you've wagered - but don't know if you've met WR Why don't you check the T&C's to find out exactly what the WR is?
