Hi all, need some advice if possible. I have been having issues with misrepresentation by this casino, chat agents falsely claiming they accept UK players etc. As you can imagine all emails have been big standard rejections, then I learned about a charge back.

I forwarded all evidence to the bank who agreed this was a misrepresentation case, however they could not help as the payments were through a third party processor (MOONCARDS and Sqpay). They have said if it was the casino who processed the payments directly they would have reversed the transactions.

They are stating that the casion has misrepresented their products but as the payment provider did not there is nothing they can do.

I would just like to add, I'm currently directly trying to dispute with Napoli, the initial responses have been what you would expect, it's the players responsibility etc.

However I have followed the liscence at the footer of the website and the below information is displayed.

Excluded Territories
Under this license, apart from its own diligence and legalities, the license holder is not authorized to offer its services in the territories of USA, Netherlands, France, Dutch West Indies and Curacao. It is the responsibility of the licensee to be familiar with the local laws and requirements for the territories which they intend to offer their services. Before reporting such non-compliance, please make sure the license holder is not operating under multiple licenses, allowing the legal operation in the above regions.

So as their license states it is their responsibility to ensure to are adhering to juristiction laws, they clearly are not. I will await a response. Any help of advice in the meantime will be appreciated.

The UK is not in your excluded list.
I know that, I'm stating the fact that without a UKGC license they cannot accept UK players. As by the terms of their license they must adhere to local laws for all juristictions.

In all honesty - they don’t care, and you’re likely to get nowhere.

If your bank won’t help, you’ll pretty much have to accept that your money is gone.

Their licence is as useful and credible as wet bog roll. Means nothing.

Doesn't matter what you read or think - they are crooked and are outside the reach of proper authorities and licensing. Laws or the MGA or Kahnawake or UKGC mean nothing to them. Paying you is totally voluntary as a result, if they don't want to, they won't. And they often don't.

After numerous emails my complaint has been escalated to casino management (I'm not holding my breath).

I have also recieved a response from the UKGC who are going to persue them to ensure they do not continue accepting UK players.

If anyone else is experiencing problems I advise you contact the UKGC, they seem very interested in stopping this clip joint.
