It always used to be (D+B)x30 and when I asked about a few months ago I was told it was unlikely to be lowered, so I reduced the exposure of Casino Luck on my sites, as that was far too high IMHO.

I for one can vouch that casinoluck is quick on wd's and have improved tremendously since they added other softwares aswell, i'm a member since they only had netent and have had no issues. As before they never had live chat which they added aswell to keep players happy

The only issue i have had is with achievements lost aswell which is ever so frustrating as since then i have had 4 bonus rounds and have to choose 5x 10 spins as no other option available, as this is high variance than my usual michael round so i have won 0x, 3x, and i think once 13x

With 20 spins in playboy or immortal romance rolling reels features i atleast get 30x and at worst 15-20x this is quite frustrating

We are currently working on a feature for this though. These free spins winnings will be locked into the Netent games until the 30x WR is cleared. If you are technically able to request a withdrawal, that means the funds have been released to your casino base account and thus the WR has been cleared. You will never be put into a situation where you technically can make a withdrawal and risk losing/voiding any funds with these free spins winnings.
