As I wrote in an earlier post, the winnings from these 100 welcome free spins is the only bonus we cannot technically show the remaining WR for in the available bonus section. We are currently working on a feature for this though. These free spins winnings will be locked into the Netent games until the 30x WR is cleared. If you are technically able to request a withdrawal, that means the funds have been released to your casino base account and thus the WR has been cleared. You will never be put into a situation where you technically can make a withdrawal and risk losing/voiding any funds with these free spins winnings.

p.s. All other bonuses like deposit bonuses, loyalty bonuses, reload bonuses, free-cash, etc, will be visible in the "available bonus" section and will display the remaining WR updated in real time.

Just wanted to make a mention (still Next related, until Eric opens a Next thread) since it involves Eric:

The free 5 spins? well, lesson is - never poo-poo a free 5 spins. Got those up to a whopping 2k - played down to $500...but $500 is still $500 from FREE.
Minor issue with docs (hadn't realized they just expired on my last birthday, or I'd have run with the 2K, but couldn't withdraw)...but Eric has kindly locked those funds for me so I can withdraw when I update. So, thanks. Oh - and this is why the mention - besides the service? The OPPOSITE of enticing to play funds - the rep encouraged the withdraw - so kudos to Eric.

I'm sorry that you were misled by a third party site. We have no such promotion running currently and we have not given permission to any affiliate to promote such an offer at the moment. This site must have forgotten to remove a very old promotion or simply just made it up. I'd be happy if you could PM me the site url where you found this so I can let them know to stop.

I'm afraid it is hard for us to honor expired promotions or ones that never exited at all. Our support are informed about all current promotions so I cant see that they made any mistake here.

It was added automatically, on your first dep this month. I just checked :)

I think I missed out on the monthly reload bonus as I thought it was applied automatically at deposit stage unless you opted out of it. Can't remember if it was added or not.

Every slot is lagging for me tonight. Every win spin lags even more. Incredibly frustrating.

I like the huge selection of slots at CasinoLuck but i've been staying away from Every Matrix for some time and now I remember why. :(
 
Me and the OH played at CasinoLuck tonight, excellent choice of games and the live chat facility was friendly and most helpful with adding the bonus.

Annoyingly, every game suffered a lag - even the Microgaming ones. With a £6000.00 wagering requirement on the SUB it is very frustrating @ £2.50 a spin.

A withdrawal has been requested via bank transfer as the win would take our credit card over the 'credit balance' allowed. Will keep you updated on the process but actually feel positive so far about this casino!

I hope you can accept and understand that it may take a bit longer in cases where the user does not provide the normal and standard required documents.

I am talking about year 2013.

Lag forcing me to close / reopen the account dozens of times per session.

Customer Service really poor.

Done over 50 deposits on Next and about 12 deposits on Luck before giving up - both accounts closed forever.

Maybe the casinos management and the customer support is somewhat better now. Hope so.

I know there was a time in late 2013 where some players were experiencing quite severe problems with the games (specially games from certain game providers). Our platform provider has made many updates to the system since then and I believe it is significally better now. More large system updates are also currently in the works. Our goal is for everything to run smooth, for everyone, in every game.

Our support usually gets praise for being quick and knowledgeable. I dont think we offered a live chat at the time you were active though....

Yes, there is a max bet of €£$ 8.50 for the SUB. You can find the terms if you click on the "Casino Welcome Bonus" on our promotions page. There is also a short info text for the bonus along with a link to the terms in the cashier, when you deposit the first time and select/claim this bonus.

Can the rep confirm there is actually a max bet restriction on the sign-up bonus, because I can't find anything that states so in the terms? I'm sure I've read through them thoroughly.
 
The irony!!

Casino Luck was very unlucky for me, lol. All comedic originality aside, I registered at Casino Luck and took the deposit bonus. Nice site, easy to navigate and use, and I didn't experience any tech issues such as lag etc as discussed in this thread. Unfortunately my funds and playing time didn't stretch very far at all, and wins, minor or major, were apparently on their lunch break whilst I was logged in. Of course this just means luck was not on my side at that time, and this doesn't mean the casino is not a good site. Usually I'll make a few deposits before forming a true opinion of a site, but due to losing my funds rather quickly, I decided to hold off on making another deposit, and after learning of it in this thread, I thought I would try the sister site Next casino, to basically get a kind of side by side comparison.

It's probably ignorant of me, but I wasn't expecting both casinos to be twin sisters. Next was basically a carbon copy of Casino Luck imo, just without the splash of green. Anyway, took the exact same bonus, only this time I had much more luck at Next, and had plenty of small and big wins to keep me playing and amused for hours. I also built up enough FPP points to redeem them for $18 as an added bonus once I lost my main balance. I'm pretty sure Casino Luck has the same reward system, but of course I didn't play long enough to accrue enough points to exchange for cash.

So from my experience, I'd say Casino Luck are worthy of passing the baptism of fire, as although my experience with them was unfortunately unlucky, it was user friendly all the same. However from a personal perspective, on this occasion I might run with first impressions and stick with Next whilst lady luck resides there. Not sure if I will ever return to Casino Luck (sorry), but I'd recommend giving them a chance if you're looking for a change, as you may have better luck than I did. I'll stick with Next casino for now, but that's only because they gave me more enjoyment for longer, so I feel I should give them more of my money in return :).
 
My experience with this site has been grate so far, had 2 very nice withdrawal last week, and got payed one on Saturday and one on Sunday :)

I see that some of you have been experiencing issues earlier today. I´m trying to find out the reason for this. There was a system maintenance window earlier today and I suspect this could have affected things. The maintenance is completed now.

I´ve played around with the games myself just now and couldnt reproduce any of the errors but it could of course also be localized to only affect certain regions and users .Things have been running pretty smooth lately so I hope this was/is just something temporary.

Anyway, I truly apologize to those that had problems and I promise to look further into this to see what can be improved. Most of the system part is dependant on our platform provider so that is the road I have to go here. Thanks for your patience and I wish you all a great new month!

Its not like this lag is something new. Everytime someone mentions lag it is handled like its a recent issue. I avoid some casinos just cause they lag everytime....

Look at Unibet....all games play like they should. Runs perfectly.

igame> Runs smooth as it should

Thrills casino> Very fun to know if a wild is going to hit or not on CFTBL for example (irony).

Next casino> Horrible

How can this not be fixed in this day and age? Who want to know if its a winning spin or not before the reels has stopped.

Just had a session no lags, one game error (disconnect), but i played Energoonz which gets stuck every now and then, which could well be my flash player, video card or connection playing up..

Those lags you describe seem to occur on all Everymatrix platforms, just browse all the threads with any of those Casinos mentioned, and you'll see that it differs per user, per Casino, but CasinoLuck, same as Guts, are running smooth 99% of the time i play there, Unibet too for that matter, but there i have had really bad lags on the WMS games...

I am not quite sure which of the providers lead the charts in terms of lags/game errors, but it seems to me that it's most often the games in the Quickfire section: i recently tried "Casino-for-me" and i had a horrible session, despite huge wins, where i had more then 30 game errors, several disconnects within 10 minutes and exactly on my favorite games too :(
The next day i played the remaining balance and all was fine..

I guess It's indeed top priority, but i also assume that it catches the operators by surprise, i believe most of it, is out of there hands, since most Quickfire and Everymatrix solutions are dependant on the same main servers, and since these company's are quite young, there are still teething problems.

My guess is that they are growing so rapidly, that the servers basically cant keep up, and at peak times there are lags in every Casino.
Don't pin me on it though, since i have no clue if it's all one main server, or several bulks of servers per Geo target (i,e Middle Europe, Asia, Africa, or even in a more targeted manner, so there a big gap in my knowledge, but i think i am pretty much on the mark anyway:)

I do feel for you, because out of experience i know those can be extremely frustrating sessions..
I would recommend trying their sister Luck (i am assuming since you mentioned Next you only tried them) just for fun, i think i saw a few people saying they did fine on Next, and bad on Luck, and the other way around too, so you never know:D

Yes they are, because i claim them both on 1st of every month and never had a problem

Also if its not done automatically, the support adds its manually pretty fast
 
Have tried Casino Luck and PM'd Eric.

All perfect this evening, over an hour no disconnects and about 3 or 4 laggy spins all session.

Don't forget, this issue has affected all EM sites, Guts, CL, All British - in fact every one I ever tried.
