I went to Casino Extreme after hearing about this site's claims to having instant payments when deposits are made using Neteller, I opened an account and made a deposit. I ran moderately well and was up a couple hundred bucks, so after playing for several hours requested a cashout. Per the directions on the site, I tried to contact live help after making my withdrawal request to to get my "Instant Payment". I couldn't get a hold of anyone for two hours. when I finally did get someone, I was kept online for 20 minutes before being told that I have to fill out and return a Faxback Form with my license and a utility bill. According to what's written on their form, it takes up to 3 days to process the form after it's sent back.

They say instant payouts and no faxback forms, but it's simply not true. What they really mean is "We'll keep your money for several days and require you to complete and send in a faxback form with ID and a utility bill."

I am afraid they are all like this. The true instant withdrawal comes after passing the initial verification hurdle. However, if they specifically state that no faxback form is needed, they should not be asking for this. This looks rather like a delaying tactic on their part as they are using a procedure taking 3 days that is not normally needed.
Faxback forms are usually for players who have deposited with a different method to the one chosen for withdrawal.

If they find something else to ask for in 4 days time, and you won with a bonus, I would be very worried that they are looking for a reason to void your play and return the deposit only.

Casino Action do instant Neteller cashins, and through the software, not having to get an answer from CS. However, for a NEW player the system locks for 3 days once a new credit card is registered and used to make a deposit. It even happened to me, a Platinum VIP, when I used my usual card at my brand new Nostalgia account. I had to wait 24 long hours:eek2: to see the money, what a discrace;)

Odd...and interesting

I have been playing at Casino eXtreme for qute a while and have never had to send any fax forms that I can remember and when the instant chat wasn't available, I would e-mail support and ask for a withdrawal and have it in my account in less than 10 minutes using Neteller of course.

Sorry to hear of your problems but I am wondering if maybe the withdrawal was for a large amount triggering the fax back forms ect or a claim on a bonus which might trigger an account review since it was your first visit??

I usually withdraw under a $1000 without any trouble.

My withdrawal was only for my own deposit plus $250 in profit - hardly anything to raise any eyebrows. And the withdrawal was made using the same method (neteller) and account (mine obviously) that was used for the deposit.

It took three or four weeks for me to cash out from this place.

11. After one day get message that faxback form is approved
12. Wait a few days
13. Mail them and ask what's up (answer: Cancel pending cashout and re-request the cashout amount WITHOUT the sticky bonus money included)
14. Request cashout
15. Cancel pending cashout and re-request the cashout amount WITHOUT the sticky bonus money included
16. After one minute receive the money in NETELLER

I'll never play there again.

They really need to change their terms listed on the website if they're going to act like this...The only reason they give for a faxback form being required is if you deposited via CC.

FWIW, these are their terms for cashouts. Nowhere does it say a faxback form is required for Neteller cashouts if that's the method you used to deposit, no "We need a faxback form if you took a bonus", etc...

It only further enforces the "instant payments" for Neteller.

Casino Extreme prides itself with prompt payouts. All withdrawal requests will be processed every Wednesday for withdrawals requested during the previous week up to and including the previous Friday with the exception of any deposit made via Neteller, Click2Pay or Moneybookers, where you'll receive your winnings instantly!.

If you have deposited in the past via credit card please note that we will not process any withdrawals for your account until we have received a faxback confirmation form to verify your credit card and identity details. Please note that this is for your own as well as our own safety and is standard practice.

I have played extensively at Casino Extreme. There was some foolishness when I first submitted my faxback form, but after that I was extremely satisfied with their operation.

I've never had to send any fax back form. I think the longest I waited for a withdrawal was 15 minutes.

Here is the response I got this morning to my PM from yesterday:

Hi there

Thanks for contacting me.

Please provide me your username. Without this I cannot investigate the problem. What I can tell you is that the instant withdrawals are subject to your account passing various security and ID checks that the software runs. In some cases, the software is unable to verify some details and the account fails the security check. The details of the security checks, I am unfortunately unable to disclose as this would compromise said checks. In the event of an accoutn failing these checks for any reason, faxback forms are requested. They only have to be successfully processed ONCE provided a credit card is not used afterwards and thereafter you will never be asked for them again unless your details change.

Get your username to me so I can have a clear understanding of this case as each case is unique.

As I said in my response, I can't imagine what "security check" I would have failed given that (1) the deposit and withdrawal request were both made using the same Neteller account, which I have been using for more than 2 years now; and (2) I had a whopping profit of $250. I shudder to think what kind of hoops they'd put me through if I hit something big.

You never see positive posts from all our happy players, partly because it is human nature to only compain when things are not going according to plan, and seldom to people give credit where credit is due. Secondly because there have been incidents in the past where our players have made positive remarks on these and other forums and the posts had to be removed because of the abuse hurled at these players for making positive remarks.

We look forward to receiving your forms and getting them processed and out of the way so you can start to take advantage of our products and services.

No explanation for why a faxback form is being requested when their site and their advertising all say such forms aren't required - including the advertisements they have on this site in the forums. No explanation for why this seems to be quite common given the responses in this thread. No mention of the fact that someone here has an outstanding PAB regarding Extreme's failure to pay them $3k.

The whole thing is just absurd. Great business tactics and great false advertising.

No. I played through the full amount of the WR (their cashier lets you know when you've completed it) and played all games allowed in their terms.

Well, it's at least better than the waiter saying they wont charge you extra for it.

Actually, I had a similar experience with Extreme. Had $20 in my neteller account, went to the casino to try their instant withdrawal and when I reached $50 I tried to cashout but this was declined although I took no bonuses. They did give me a perfectly valid reason, however, which was that my wife had taken a no-deposit bonus there some time ago and I need to send a faxback form to confirm my identity. Well heck, it's boom or bust since its only $50 and needless to say, I busted but they seem to have given a valid reason. Oh, well.

Casino extreme were touting the benefits of their instant Neteller withdrawls are:

No fax back ID docs required. (if you deposit via Neteller as you've already proved your indentity to Neteller). However, I'm thinking this may only apply to people who hold a certified Neteller account.

Other than that, I can only conclude that extreme may hold doubt towards your true identity.

I do hold a "cerified" account, and this might be the answer and if it is, as much as I like thier casino and support, this should really be posted next to the ad of instant withdrawal to certified Neteller holders.
