Baptism by Fire - success Casino Cruise - they want to come on board!

Little add in here, first withdrawal was fast now my second one when i am also verified is at right now 35 hours and counting.

I've now received a mail to say my resubmitted documents have been passed to their security dept for verification which "should not take longer than 48 hours"

I can't understand why it could take up to another 48 hours when the previous documents were checked and rejected fairly quickly without being sent to the security dept!

We could be looking at well over 5 days before my withdrawal can be processed even if the documents this time are deemed to be ok!!

Chris

Hi Chris,

As you explained to me by PM you had issues with your documents and our support and processing teams have policies - so for instance if a utility bill needs to be not more than 3 months old then say a 3 2/3 months utility bill is too old. The other point is our support may become concerned if a player has difficulty providing more recent utility bills. We are protecting both the player and casino by ensuring we are paying the correct person and this needs to be done properly according to protocol. That's regarding the approval process. Regarding processing - the maximum processing time is 48 hours as there is work to do here as well and this is an estimated maximum time, as it can take less.

edit: support just updated me:
The player sent us a new utility bill from January last night.
The issue now is that the CC that was sent by him was not the one he deposited with.
After speaking with processing they verified his account (but he still needs to send us the correct CC).

Thanks,
Lloyd

Thanks Lloyd,

That's not strictly correct. The card I'm being asked for now is the one I first used to deposit on 26/02. My last 2 deposits on 01/03 and 02/03 were made with the card I've already sent and which I've tried to withdraw to and appears to have been verified.
In my experience withdrawals are usually processed against the card last used unless the withdrawal is greater than the amount deposited from that card. In this case I deposited £160.00 from the verified card and am trying to withdraw £38.00 back to it.

Naturally I assumed that this was the card required, especially as CS didn't tell me the other one was required until today!

I have now sent the other card, so you now have 2 utility bills (agreed one is 4 months old tomorrow), my driving license (front & back) with address on, and 2 credit cards (front and back)

I'm sorry, but surely by now you have all that's required? I believe you're trying to be helpful, but I certainly have never experienced this with any other casino in 6 years of on line gaming!

Unnecessary stress Chris, I made a deposit last week at another established casino. I sent my documents, I got approved within less than an hour, I got my money three days later. Every casino is different, I guess this casino is not ready to properly handle withdrawals.

Eventually you will get paid, but the unnecessary stress. Is it worth it?

You're right in that every casino is different re the verification process. Some want docs and you get verified straightaway or in a couple of hours, some don't even require docs at all (usually the UK ones for UK players I guess) but you don't know until you try, which is what the BBF process is all about.

I wouldn't say I'm stressed about it, more that it's a hassle. The surprising thing for me is that I was told my docs were too small which I've never had before and then been asked for another credit card which I wasn't using to withdraw against.

I know what you're saying, there's plenty of others to go for. I do like the casino, good graphics, even though I've lost a bit and Lloyd is trying to help, but this is a "right faff" as some of us would say in the UK!

Chris

I understand being a new casino and all, but whats important is customer care in the early beginning, as if i was paid after 5 hours or less rather then 35-48 hours my brain thinks, oh this casino cares about the customers and i will deposit here again, and that way the casino make money in the long run.

And as a withdraw is pending i never do rollbacks unless its for withdrawing more money, and i take my business elsewhere which is the case now, im waiting for a withdraw so i play somewhere elsel osing my money at another casino..

I won't play here again

Too much stress.

Soon they may adopt a 90 day verification like some others. No thanks!

D

Well in order to be fair towards cruise, I did just received my withdrawal today.
I hope to make another one soon to see how quick my 2nd one will be, now that they won't be any verification proccess.

I appreciate your feedback. The time it takes to verify and process payments is done in the absolute shortest time possible. We need to be sure we are paying the actual player, ensure there are no breaches of terms and processing itself takes time. We do everything as fast as possible and will continue to do everything even faster. We appreciate constructive feedback because it helps us to deliver a better experience, which is out goal.

You wrote originally that you had a query about the charge to your visa card and I PMed you and offered to look into it - you refused so I'm not sure what your angle is now. If you have issues, please communicate with us and we will be happy to check into and if necessary fix any error.

An online casino is no different from a land based casino - we strive to give the best gambling value and entertainment possible together with the best and friendliest customer service.

Again, you have my PM if you want me check anything I will gladly do so.

Have a great evening.

Me happy

Signed up 2 days ago with minimum deposit and had a great run. Made withdrawal and sent documents yesterday, money in account about 6 hrs later

Me happy too!

Received a note from CS to say my documents have been approved and my withdrawal processed.

Thanks for sorting it out Lloyd

Chris

I'm trying to make my first deposit, but deposit step two loads a blank page.

Not a good start. No matter which method I select, they all load a blank page. If I'm experiencing technical issues just trying to give you my money, it doesn't set a good tone.

I'll try again later.

Thanks for the post Jory.

Please can you try now and let us know how it goes.

It appears to be working fine now. I'm from the UK but I selected USD currency when creating my account. I'm assuming this is okay but the bonus is showing GBP.

I deposited my Ukash to neteller earlier when the cashier was down, now the voucher has been blocked until I verify my purchase. I am never using UKash again.

You can chose any currency you like. The bonus message is is geo-targeted.

Please keep us posted. Good luck!

I'm still waiting to play but Ukash have blocked my deposit. Sent all the documents they asked for but still they are saying it will take up to 24 hours to process. 24 hours to process a deposit? they clearly don't understand my lack of patience. :)

Definitely the last time I use ukash.

Not UKASH fault Jory

I read somewhere that certain casinos have been put on some sort of probation.
UKASH has probably had issues with this particular casino and has red flagged all payments.
UKASH has a good reputation but I have yet to use them since my visa allows online gaming.
Probation for a casino is usually a warning to be careful.
Having your ticket blocked is scary.

You really dislike this casino don't you?
This was post nr 5 in this thread that was really negative.

Why? What have they done so you don't think they deserve a chance here?

Not at all

Nothing against this place. I love cruises.
The signs are negative. It's in my blood to scrutinize everything.

I am a legal assistant specializing in research for An Mna. I see things a little bit different than others.

The signs are there for this particular casino. Proceed with caution.

I won't say anything else.

No please don't do that.
You played there one time, lost and didn't trust them, and suddenly nothing they do are good.

They started october last year and they have so far done well and want to get accredited here.
I think they deserve the same chance as every other casino here.

There is no sign. That's BS.

I think the issue is regarding the law in the UK.

Anyone can walk into a shop and purchase a UKASH voucher with cash. To keep things legal they, on occasions, run security checks and have to verify your identity.

It doesn't really make a difference which casino you choose to play at. My only problem is the delay. When you deposit to a casino, that money is gone and you want to play. Waiting up to 24 hours to have it confirmed is rediculous.

Will give them a phone in an hour or so. It probably won't make a difference.

So I decided to phone UKASH to get an eta.

"I'm sorry to tell you that the department that handles verification will not be back in the office until Monday morning so you will have to wait till then"

Really? This is crazy. I sent all the documents they requested. I've asked to speak to their superior as this really isn't acceptable. They will phone me back, but I feel that was just to get me off the phone. Lol

Jory

Ask the establishment that caused this problem to compensate you. Ask for a bonus for the trouble.

D

Just got off the phone with their manager.

I guess it's true that an Irish accent has powers of persuasion.

Hi Jory, did you manage to deposit with Ukash or some other way? thanks for the update. have a great day :)

Yes, after 5 hours, 6 emails and 4 phone calls. There was no issue with the casino, the problem was on UKashs end. The staff who verify documents had gone home for the weekend but I managed to get their manager to approve the documents and unblock the voucher.

I won't be using ukash again though as there is no point unless a deposit is approved immediately. By the time it was approved I had lost interest and wasted the money.

Has it been mentioned or is it a tactic to have the 100 spins spread across 5 days? Just to log in use you 20 free spins and win 0 as per on sh*tburst than think or might as well deposit now I'm here :)

Weirdl business practice imho.

My own personal opinion is that if a casino is willing to give you 100 free spins, they should give you 100 for spins. Giving 20 for spins per day is not really interesting. Just my humble opinion

That is very normal. I have seen it on several places.

It's not so good but it's better than nothing ;)

It's also a way to get the player to come back more times. It's suppose to be a new home.
If the player get all spins at one time and then lose it all he has no reason to come back again. It's smart.

I totally agree with you on that, I can only guess why they do it this way and need for tin hats on this time,

You will need the whole 100 spins and more to even stand a chance of a small win on starburst, for 20 spins over a few days just took me out the game along with 40x wager,

I do wish you the best and by the sounds of it you should fly threw BBF,

Sorry but...

As a person who specializing in exposing fraudulent activity for the federal gov, I can't help myself to analyze this promotion to a greater level.

Here is a reason why this 5 day free spin offer cAn be constroud as unethical.

I deposit 100
I meet wager requirement and have a balance of 400
Next day I receive 20 free spins
I win 50 dollars
Balance sits at 450 now
NEW REQUIREMENT ADDED 50x on the free spin winning

And then It starts again with another 20 free spins. Five days of frozen funds if u win anything from free spins.

so now I can't cash out.

Basically I have to wager 2500 to cash out my own money since cashing out prior to new requirement voids all winnings on hand.

Somehow, this is not ethical.

I said it earlier In This thread, the signs are negative in every way over here. How can this casino be accredited with this type of business practice?

I have nothing against this casino. Yes I lost very fast, not the only place. Casino luck has taken back 1000 from the 6000 I cashed out and I have nothing but positive things to say.

Casino cruise is playing a dangerous game with these free spins. I will not fall for this type of promotion.

Most people would either have busted out or cashed out on the first day so getting the free spins the next 5 days gives them a bit of playing and who knows maybe they will get lucky.

But if you had won a great balance then I would imagine you would just forget the free spins the next day if you were worried about getting a bonus amount on your balance. Lets face it its 20 spins at minimum stake on starburst. Its neither going to make you rich or be a big loss to lose them if you have a good balance that you don't want to cashout before taking the spins for whatever reason.

Never know Paul

Even if u win a measly 15 dollars which I have personally experienced from 10 free rounds, it is still not an ethical way to promote a casino. 99% of players probably don't even know what a wager requirement is.

One may even say, "it's a trap".

Im not a fan of it either but I can understand why they do it. Casinocruise has worked its way up my recently visited sites and now appears when I start to type "casino".

I won $0.74 today. I couldn't decide between 2 spins at $0.30 or 3 spins at $0.20....

Good one.

I didn't even bother to play any free spins.

But you are too funny.

Well, if you specialize in exposing fraud in the Federal govt., all is lost in the great white north. :p

Account locked, live chat no help

Hi,

Wonder if you can shed some light on this.

I opened an account last week, deposited £1,000 via Entropay. I got my documents verified etc. and withdraw £1,955 via Entropay.

A few days later (Friday 6th March) I deposited £360 via entropay. After <24 hours of on/off playing, I luckily got my balance to £2,650. I requested this as a withdraw (withdraw id: 1543071338 - If I cannot put this here, please remove, I didn't want to put my actual casino username...).

On Saturday evening I went to check on my withdraw progress to see that my account is locked. I keep getting told on live chat it is a "management decision" and that "management will get back to you". It's now a couple of days later and I have no email, nor any reason for why my account is blocked.

I get the following message: "The login failed. Your user account is blocked. If you are a self excluded user you can contact support for withdrawing money" - I did double check before registering that I wasn't excluded with EveryMatrix, I even have an email from my last EveryMatrix casino, PlayHippo, back in December which states this as I queried this with them at the time. I now notice that that PlayHippo account is also closed due to a "decision by Payments & Risk Department" - From live chat. Not 100% quite sure why, I stopped playing with them and just left the account dormant for is now months. Can I assume these are related somehow? I'm not overly fussed about playing again after the poor customer service on live chat, but I am obviously concerned about my withdraw, When can I expect that to be processed?

So I've no idea why my account is locked. Lloyd, could you shed some light on this for me please, as with such a large balance, it worries me when I get locked out for what seems like no reason :/

So you're back, eh?

Please ignore this guy. He tried to play some self exclusion scam with All British Casino last May. He has two other banned forum accounts.

Like Max told you last May, take it up with the LGA. As for this forum - take a hike!

By the way, here is this scammer's scam (separate from his PAB scam - which was the same)
https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...nt-adhere-to-my-self-exclusion-request.52364/

He sends in emails requesting to be excluded after making a withdrawal request. After sending his email he goes back and reverses his funds and if he loses, he claims foul.
https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...nt-adhere-to-my-self-exclusion-request.52364/

He submitted a PAB under a different user name against All British Casino. This time he doctored his email to try and make it look like he had sent his exclusion request in at an earlier time. What a douchebag.

@Lloyd - he's a definite scammer - please make sure you don't pay this guy, and report him to the LGA.

Thanks so much for the help CM! Same player just opened a complaints about us on AG. So, you have just saved us a lot of time on this AG complaint  And yes, I will take care that we report the player to the LGA. Thanks again, just all distracts from taking care of real player issues.
