Question Is it better to take a bonus or not?

Is it better to take a bonus rather than not taking?

I am new at online gaming.

I am going to deposit 200 dollars soon and this casino is offering a match with some sort of wagering requirement. The requirement is lower than others?

This casino is well respected so I am not worried. I read the terms. Everything seems ok.

Will the videos lots pay differently if I take the bonus?

I am still trying to understand the bonus thing.

They will give me 200 bonus x25 requirement. I guess that means I have to wager 5000 dollars. Then what? It's real money?

Terms do not say anything scary compared to some that I have read.

    Should I take the bonus?

CasinoLuck is accredited here. I am really not worried about their integrity.

    Thank you

They are certainly a safe place to play

Whether to take a bonus or not is down to the individual player - some love them (e.g. ME!) and some hate them.
These days though, they are only any good for slots play - so if you want to play any other games, I would say don't take it.

Very strange that you say the WR is x25 - here in the UK it is only x20 (I just checked their website)
If it is x25, then you would have to wager (200+200)x25 = $10,000

It is very important to always read the bonus T&Cs - if you don't understand something - come to CM and ask!
This bonus is (Deposit+Bonus) x WR and Cashable
Some are Bonus Only x WR
And some bonuses are Phantom (removed when you cash-out)
It is VITAL you understand what these terms are - they make an enormous difference to your chances of making a profit & cashing-out.
Also make sure you check any maximum bet rules as well.

Casino Luck's bonus is pretty average for a NetEnt based casino: not the best, but not the worst either, by a long chalk!

Whatever you decide - Good Luck & Welcome to the forum!
    KK

PS: No - the slots play EXACTLY the same, whether there is a bonus in play or not.
Even with the bonus, the WR ensures that the odds are still in favour of the casino winning, not the player.

    I took the bonus.

I am amazed at the game selection. Mind boggling.

Hopefully I will meet the requirement. Hehe

Definitely down to personal preference :D

I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum from KK - I hate having a bonus.
So many times I've taken a bonus, then got a huge win close to the start of playing with it, and had to sit grinding out the wagering requirements for what seems like an eternity before I can actually withdraw. I prefer to just deposit, play, and walk away whenever I want. Not to mention being able to play any games I want at any bet.

    Welcome to CM

    What do you mean?

Play any games? I can't play all the games?

If you are seasoned at casino/slots you should almost always take one because you will know the slots to play and the ones to avoid. If you are a newbie and only making a small deposit no(unless it's like 300%+ match). If the deposit is big then yes because you will have a ton of cash to work with but a small top up I've found is just an obstacle and you still might not have enough to prevent busting. Best of luck with your wagering!

If you read through the bonus terms and conditions carefully, you'll see that almost all bonuses have restrictions on games.
Bare in mind that bonuses are always slot-friendly unless otherwise stated. So you can't play Video Poker, Blackjack, Roulette etc, but you can play video slots.

But there will be many times that various slots will be excluded from bonus play. Either they won't count towards wagering requirements (so you're basically pissing into the wind) and/or they will void your balance and winnings if you do mistakenly play one of them. Some casinos will list a number of seemingly arbitrary slots with no real connection to one another that you will be banned from playing while your bonus is active.
The number one rule is: ALWAYS read the bonus terms and conditions, to make sure you don't scupper yourself.

It's why I'm reluctant to take bonuses. What they basically mean is: the casino takes ownership of your money, tells you which games you can play, and expects you to turn your entire balance over countless times until you can finally withdraw. If you've managed to win in the first place that is. It's boring.

    5. For this promotion, not all games contribute the same percentage towards reducing a player's wagering requirement. Wagers made on most games contribute 100%, with the following exceptions: All slot machines and other games with a progressive jackpot contribute 50%. Super Nudge 6000, Jackpot 6000 and Mega Joker classic slots contribute 20%. Table Games, Hi-Lo games and Video Poker games (except Jacks or Better) contribute 10%. All type of Black Jack games, All Roulettes, All Jacks or Better Video Poker, Punto Banco, Baccarat, Oasis Poker, Texas Hold´em, Craps and Casino Hold´em contribute 1%.

    6. A few games are not playable with bonus funds. A customer will not be technically able to play these slot machines with bonus funds at all: Scrooge, Devils Delight, Champion of the Track, Robin Hood, Tomb Raider 2, Castle Builder, Pearls of India and The Wish Master. All games in our Live Casino will also not be playable at all with bonus funds. If you wish to play any of these games, make sure you do not have an active casino bonus.

As a low-roller I always prefer to play with a bonus and/or free spins of some description, extend my play time if nothing else...

However if I could afford 200 deposit(s) at one transaction then I'd play straight cash every time :)

If its a 100% bonus with x20 to x35 I will take it from time to time though if I plan on playing say $40 at a casino I will do $20 deposit with bonus and $20 without.

    Goodness gracious.

Oh my gosh. I have fallen in love with a game called starburst. My lord.

    What a beautiful game.

I googled the game after I quintipled my 400 dollars. This game has a huge following.

    Oh my gosh.

    Thank you casinomeister

Thank you to the member who suggested CasinoLuck accredited casino.

I have 1400 dollars left of wager requirement and have a balance or 4000+ dollars.

I read through all terms and conditions. I have not violated anything and will be able to cash out once I complete the requirement.

FYI...Magic portals and dead or alive did not pay me anything but starburst, Avalon, break the bank again and again, medusa 2 and volcano all paid well.

    I love this place.

Ty casinomester. And thank you members for responding.

Wish I had more time to play. Work!

Careful there with starbust. She/He may love you today but tomorrow she/he/it (whatever preference u prefer :p) wont even remember who you are.

My advice is to treat her like a one night stand and make off with whatever you got!

I am guessing theres a reason why nearly every online casino has its free spins deeply rooted in starburst and I don't think its to do with the payout.

    Cashed out

I did not know that this process was so easy, it took less than an hour after receiving my identification for the casino to authorize my withdrawal.

I am so happy that I found this place, and the rest of the accredited the casinos on here will probably see me.

As a legal assistant who specializes in research for the federal government, I am very keen and careful of where I conduct my affaires.

Although gaming is not the main source of income for me, I actually do enjoy it and it was a very pleasurable experience for me to be able to make a small deposit and a large roll over $6000 in less than 24 hours

I will continue to play at this casino after receive my money I will probably open an account at another accredited casino on this website

In the interim, I will find out everything there is to know about online gaming and post any knowledge that I can share to help others.

Once again I must thank everybody who gave me the advice about finding this casino. Thank you so much to all.

I'm going to take some time and browse through this forum and read up on everything, knowledge is power!

really depends on the kind of bonus and WR that come with it.....

Usually avoid any bonus wins from free spins or similar cos they are played at minimum stake and even if you hit big the WR may kill you.....

a 10-30% bonus with high WR also makes little sense in my opinion, usually should go for max 25-30x WR on the bonus amount....

As a low roller, my biggest withdrawals have pretty much always come from bonus deposits.
If I hit a reasonable win I end up getting bored wagering and take bigger risks, using higher stakes.

I'm more cautious when i'm able to straight withdraw and will usually cashout sooner, with lower winnings.
However, I've probably not managed to complete wagering on bonuses more often than not!

i prefer to play without bonus and the only fair bonus are the welcome one from Betatcasino and 7Red Reload so you can always forfeit the bonus whenever you want.

when i took a normal *30 Bonus i never reached the target and often i was happy to lose the money to find an painful end.

32Red's 100% up to $25 bonuses are good value I think!
You get decent playtime for your money; usually.
And a fair chance of winning.
