got a spam email with a big sign up bonus from casino club, they have boss software. i have never played boss software i have no idea what the games are.

but i did look at rogue pit and didn't see this casino or any one from boss media so wondering if they are ok.

Maybe that has saved your ass ;)

If memory serves me correctly, this venue still has a big win complaint against it - a German gambler with EUR 167,500 in winnings outstanding for years after taking part in an online progressive jackpot win in 2008.

The licensing authority involved, the LGA, proved ineffective - there's a long thread here that will give you all the details.

This online casino is owned by GVC group, which recently changed its domicile from Luxembourg to the Isle of Man. It's a listed company, and recently posted its current results which indicate an ongoing dispute with Boss Media over intellectual property.

Regardless - the disqualification was highly questionable to say the least - the whole episode left a very bad aftertaste; more particularly as it involved a hitherto respectable listed company.

And their communications left a lot to be desired to boot.

Boss Media software is very good. But Casino Club may not to pay your winnings.

Well they paid me out 4000 Euro for a Royal Flush whilst wagering for one of their monthly bonuses, no probs.

Wanted to say the same thing. As far as I'm aware, he was accused of using a bot only because he played for more than 8 hours without a break. And then if turned out he actually had a couple of 3-4 minute breaks in between.

...but apart from that they seem to pay promptly. I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the fact, it was a progressive jackpot, rather than a regular win.
