I have read various player problems with this casino770, in terms of regarding money (obviously only after i had started playing)
Here is the story
I won on a bonus promotion offer, played it through and completed all the 'playthrough' rules in order to withdraw it.
Firstly after withdrawing, i had to deposit £30, which i did, and again completed the necessary 'playthrough' requirements. And then i was left with a decent amount to withdraw (£3400)
I filled in the withdrawal form. Then a couple of minutes later i was asked to provide copies of both my bank card i used to deposit money and my driving licence as identification. I did this within the hour, and my account was duly updated as 'verified' therefore i thought this would be the end of the matter.
A couple of days late my payment status updated to being 'processed' good news i thought.
I have spoke a couple of times on live chat to as when the payment will eventually be validated. I have recieved various promises it would be 'today' for sure (09/10/2012) which didnt happen, I just received an email for a copy of my bank statement. I sent this. (although i dont know why as my account was already 'verified' ) , and after sending this i spoke to them on their live chat system, and once again the have promised me it would be validated today (10/10/2012)
I am worried they are very unreliable and often seem to move the goalposts. I would like to know what i should do if i havent received the money by the end of the week.
It just seems like a drawn out process, with multiple lies from them
i have saved screenshots and conversations and emails etc.
I just want my money - Help....
