the casino peeps have been around the block a few times. So instead of 60 day BBF period - it's 120 days.
One day down, 119 more to go!
Hi TimBrad,
We do have both Skrill and Neteller in our cashier. If there is a problem and you cannot see it for some reason please send an email or contact our live chat between 9am and 11pm!
Good luck!
thanks, no idea why I didnt see these when I registered. ...
Can I just ask though I thought there was a typo in the OP? It reads as if they have been given a longer BBF period of 120 days when they might have had 60 days?

Just signed up, tried to make a e50 initial deposit via Ffrees debit cards which showed as complete on screen. However no funds added to my account.
Live chat said they could see two attempted deposits 2m 41s apart (odd as I only attempted once) & have no idea where the money has gone. Currently waiting for an email back as they have had to refer it to their finance team.
I am thinking this is an issue with the provider not being able to take payment from a Ffrees Visa Debit card as I have come across this once before somewhere but some clarification would be appreciated both here and on the site perhaps?
And clause 13 of the bonus T&C has been changed

Which doesn't explain why it worked the opposite way for me, when my cash was used first, and anything over the initial balance was added to the bonus balance
But every spin I took came from my cash balance NOT my bonus balance

I'm going to take a guess that the way it works is dependent on which bonus you take.
I took the €50 match bonus. So i assume geordiecolin took the €20 freespins bonus.
So the bonus T&C need to reflect this

Hi,
Can you please send your username in private message and I will check this for you asap, Sometimes it could be becuase the payment provider has an delay sometimes it is the magical human error where you did not fullfil the whole payment process.
And yet another casino that is charging a fee when depositing with a debit card censored
Even if I could register (which I can't on any of the MT Secure platforms), that would put me right off.
Usually deposit £300 a go and can't see why £7.50 of that should go straight into the casino's pocket. It is not that they have an house edge already.
Yep, contradictory.
There is surely a mistake there. The rule should be cash balance first. I have yet to see a casino which allows you to play and possibly convert a bonus into cash without touching the cash balance!!!![]()

Hi Guys,
true believer that the only real sport in the world is Ice hockey (pisses a lot of probably)
!

I'm Canadian; there's other sports?![]()

and also as you have mentioned of course you play bonus money first and your real money after, and the information has been amended on the bonus terms and conditions.

No Canadian dollars?

I asked Keith in my first post for this thread if they accept AUD.
His answer was that at present they only take EURO.![]()
Ah...sorry...

Me too Stevie... won't register in Euro.
The THB is terrible at the moment against the EURO, 40:1; whereas the AUD is just 25:1.
Much cheaper to gamble in AUD![]()

Hey considering signing up here but in the t+c it states
15.Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is €5. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black
That quite clearly states max bet is 5 euro. Well I will be playing in GBP so how does that effect me? Is my max bet £5? Or is it whatever 5 euros is worth in GBP? Which can change by the second and will be annoying to calculate if so.
Seen this a few times and it really does help to have it clarified in the actual bonus terms and conditions thanks.

Thanks for clarification everyone, I will just leave opening an account then until they offer GBP.
I had wrongly assumed GBP would be an option as they are facing the UK market.
We should all be using Euros anyway, as the the UK is part of Europe... for a few more weeks, at least...I had wrongly assumed GBP would be an option as they are facing the UK market.

Probably wise, I did the e50 sign up and completed the wagering with a balance of e270. Now I am been given the old ID documents run around saying I have not submitted proof of address when I sent it along with the debit card & passport scan. Resubmitted it 2 days ago and am now getting no response from the support email address, LC said they can see it has been passed on to their verification team who will deal with it "shortly". This being despite it saying in the original request I should receive confirmation within 2 hours.
I understand the need for these ID confirmations according to the EU Money Laundering regs so have the scans ready on my machine to upload as soon as they are requested & have never had them rejected or 'lost' before. Really why some sites seem to use it as some sort of delaying tactic after you have had a (relatively) large win and are trying to withdraw it I do not know. It really serves no purpose and e270 should not really be a large amount to Cashmio.

Joined up a few moments ago and checked a few bits and pieces out with support first
1) Skrill ok to get bonus, didn't want to be caught out on that one!
Well I joined no problems spoke to live chat and yep using skrill no problem with deposit bonus. But one major flaw! No online secure upload to submit documents and im sorry to say in this day and age its not good enough. My debit card / bank account has been hacked 2 times the past 10 months. And so am ultra careful now on what I give out. No way am I sending personal private sensitive information such as copy's of passport through un-secure email. This is something they need to address. A secure online https/ protected page to submit documents is monkeys play to set up. So I wont deposit unless they have a secure way for me to send them personal date.
Some may think im being over cautious but if you saw the state of my bank account when I had a debit card cloned (2 months back last time) you would understand. Over 60 transactions and £100s gone ... which even though I got back from the bank it meant a new card, new details new everything. So the rep should take this one on board. Other white labels under MT Secure trade do have the online upload facility and I personally advise anyone AGAINST sending documents though email.
