Baptism by Fire Cashmio is giving it a go

the casino peeps have been around the block a few times. So instead of 60 day BBF period - it's 120 days.

One day down, 119 more to go!

I will join this casino and deposit soon, Keith is a great rep and I thought tivolis bbf was great and this is kicking off just as well. I trust implicitly any casinomeister casino with an active rep on here who has respect and consideration for the players. That is the golden combination.

Can I just ask though I thought there was a typo in the OP? It reads as if they have been given a longer BBF period of 120 days when they might have had 60 days?

Our policy is that a casino entering BBF must be in operation for at least two years. For casinos younger than that, we make a determination whether they are ready or not, and if so we extend the BBF period for 120 days. This is just a recent development.

The administration has way more than two years under their belt, it's their new operations that are going through the test at the mo' - thus the 120 days. :D

Hope that makes sense.

And clause 13 of the bonus T&C has been changed

ScreenHunter_65 Jun. 03 11.34.webp

Which doesn't explain why it worked the opposite way for me, when my cash was used first, and anything over the initial balance was added to the bonus balance
But every spin I took came from my cash balance NOT my bonus balance

I'm going to take a guess that the way it works is dependent on which bonus you take.
I took the €50 match bonus. So i assume geordiecolin took the €20 freespins bonus.

So the bonus T&C need to reflect this

Just signed up, tried to make a e50 initial deposit via Ffrees debit cards which showed as complete on screen. However no funds added to my account.

Live chat said they could see two attempted deposits 2m 41s apart (odd as I only attempted once) & have no idea where the money has gone. Currently waiting for an email back as they have had to refer it to their finance team.

I am thinking this is an issue with the provider not being able to take payment from a Ffrees Visa Debit card as I have come across this once before somewhere but some clarification would be appreciated both here and on the site perhaps?

EDIT this is now being resolved by Hannes, many thanks.

Can you please send your username in private message and I will check this for you asap, Sometimes it could be becuase the payment provider has an delay sometimes it is the magical human error where you did not fullfil the whole payment process.

Yep, contradictory.
There is surely a mistake there. The rule should be cash balance first. I have yet to see a casino which allows you to play and possibly convert a bonus into cash without touching the cash balance!!!

Money and bonus awaits in your account now!

Hi the payment got stuck on our payment providers end, You now have your money and your bonus in your account.
Hope you like our casino!

Best Regards

And yet another casino that is charging a fee when depositing with a debit card censored

Even if I could register (which I can't on any of the MT Secure platforms), that would put me right off.

Usually deposit £300 a go and can't see why £7.50 of that should go straight into the casino's pocket. It is not that they have an house edge already.

Yeah, it sucks but I think it depends on what deal they have with their payment processors. I know in the UK you may get charged a flat 60p say per transaction irrespective of the amount for peer-peer business transactions, but the casinos need a processor. I suggest the processor is charging %ages which they pass on to us. With a house edge of say 3% and if the processor say charged 2.5% they may well not be able to absorb it, unlike the monsters like the Bookies' sites, Sky etc.

Taking payments from many different countries makes a third-party processor a necessity - someone has to pay...

I would of course of pointed this out should I have won a fortune while taking that bonus :D

New Bonus Widget and explanation of how bonuses works!

Hi Guys,

First of all let me introduce myself, I am Hannes, casino geek and true believer that the only real sport in the world is Ice hockey (pisses a lot of probably):p

So we uploaded a new Bank Widget that will clarify even more for users whats going on with their money and bonus money, how much there is to wager and what bonuses they have.

New Bank Widget:
Old Attachment (Invalid)

Our Bonus Overlay:
Old Attachment (Invalid)

So this I hope explain also how it works, and also as you have mentioned of course you play bonus money first and your real money after, and the information has been amended on the bonus terms and conditions.

Enjoy your evening everyone!

One question, Would there be any reason to upload I.D? You state that you go by the database for the self exclusion etc so surely you can go by that if we verified at one of the same sites?

This week

Hi Everyone,

Just to let you know I am travelling to Amsterdam today, and Hannes is travelling to Amsterdam tomorrow. We will be online daily, but this is one of three affiliate conferences all serious gaming companies attend once a year, so replies may be slightly slower than will be normal for us. But we will get to you all and reply.

We will be seeing some Casinomeister guys for sure, myself and Hannes have a meeting with Bryan and his team who will also be there. It should be a fun week but a busy one, for those of you coming to "The Damn", send me a PM and beers are on Cashmio. Those who aren't, you are missing out!

Cheers
Keith

Me too Stevie... won't register in Euro.

The THB is terrible at the moment against the EURO, 40:1; whereas the AUD is just 25:1.

Much cheaper to gamble in AUD :D

I got a small withdraw from casumo this morning, Got a bit lucky as the £ was stronger than usal, got an extra massive 3p in the pound lol, It does make a bit of difference

Hey considering signing up here but in the t+c it states

15.Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is €5. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black

That quite clearly states max bet is 5 euro. Well I will be playing in GBP so how does that effect me? Is my max bet £5? Or is it whatever 5 euros is worth in GBP? Which can change by the second and will be annoying to calculate if so.

Seen this a few times and it really does help to have it clarified in the actual bonus terms and conditions thanks.

You can't play in GPB, the entire site operates in Euros so don't worry. :)

If you read back you'll see that they only offer euro, so no it won't effect you :)

According to Keith, at the moment only EURO accounts are possible at Cashmio, hence 5EUR will be your max bet.

EDIT: I am becoming really slow with posting :D

Thanks for clarification everyone, I will just leave opening an account then until they offer GBP.

I had wrongly assumed GBP would be an option as they are facing the UK market.

Probably wise, I did the e50 sign up and completed the wagering with a balance of e270. Now I am been given the old ID documents run around saying I have not submitted proof of address when I sent it along with the debit card & passport scan. Resubmitted it 2 days ago and am now getting no response from the support email address, LC said they can see it has been passed on to their verification team who will deal with it "shortly". This being despite it saying in the original request I should receive confirmation within 2 hours.

I understand the need for these ID confirmations according to the EU Money Laundering regs so have the scans ready on my machine to upload as soon as they are requested & have never had them rejected or 'lost' before. Really why some sites seem to use it as some sort of delaying tactic after you have had a (relatively) large win and are trying to withdraw it I do not know. It really serves no purpose and e270 should not really be a large amount to Cashmio.

We should all be using Euros anyway, as the the UK is part of Europe... for a few more weeks, at least...

Update on this - today I have received an email from Cashmio support apologising for the delay in processing my withdrawal but apparently the ID check on my account will take some time due to having a 3rd party involved.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here and why/what 3rd party could they possibly need to have KYC documents verified? I have never come across problems like this before.

This "coinsystem" what doesnt work is kinda missleading.
Example yesterday players including me got email saying "deposit 20e and get 20e coin" ...

So basicly i should be able to play with my own 20e first and then activate my 20e coin...
But since their coinsystem is not working at the moment, bonus is added right away and your money is tied to it from the beginning... I dont say its unacceptable or something new.. just remove coin system if its not working and stop missleading players :)

I see where your coming from, On some sites its got the max bet 5 £ $ or what other symbols my key board has not got :)

But I have also seen max bet £5 or equivalent currency, So if playing in euro what would be max bet 5 euro or over that due to you get more euro in the £ ? Some body could bet 5.5 euro which would be less than £5 but get shafted due to the max bet equivalent Rubbish

I see in this case its not an option due to only accept euro, I suppose it was a cheaper and easier option to just accept one currency

Joined up a few moments ago and checked a few bits and pieces out with support first

1) Skrill ok to get bonus, didn't want to be caught out on that one!
2) WR, no D+B for me, good to see it was 35xB
3) DOA is allowed but as mentioned 50% contribution

Trouble is my FS / SUB haven't credited, hopefully only a bump in the road but I prefer to get in there rogering that rhino, not onto support at the start of a brand new 'casino relationship'

Hopefully only positives from here on in

Edit: Little more feedback, would be good if live help could be 'hidden' whilst waiting, it seems to get in the way as they asked me to check a game for FS but cant click game or have to close chat altogether :)

Edit: Scrap the previous edit, sorted it! :p

Luckily we and Sweden aren't in the Blurozone and dear God I hope we aren't in the E-USSR any longer in 17 days' time.

Thats a plus for bonus takers I suppose , Insta casino another white label like this one did not allow Skrill to be used for bonuses.

I dont often take bonuses and never anything really now under 100% but might give this lot a go this week.

Well I joined no problems spoke to live chat and yep using skrill no problem with deposit bonus. But one major flaw! No online secure upload to submit documents and im sorry to say in this day and age its not good enough. My debit card / bank account has been hacked 2 times the past 10 months. And so am ultra careful now on what I give out. No way am I sending personal private sensitive information such as copy's of passport through un-secure email. This is something they need to address. A secure online https/ protected page to submit documents is monkeys play to set up. So I wont deposit unless they have a secure way for me to send them personal date.

Some may think im being over cautious but if you saw the state of my bank account when I had a debit card cloned (2 months back last time) you would understand. Over 60 transactions and £100s gone ... which even though I got back from the bank it meant a new card, new details new everything. So the rep should take this one on board. Other white labels under MT Secure trade do have the online upload facility and I personally advise anyone AGAINST sending documents though email.

Absolutely not, I was asked the other day at casumo to email them in, I thought in this day and age there should be on site upload, NO reason to be sending private docs by email, Not with all the scams in this day and age,

Its obvious some sites already leak our details as the amount of shit I received and using my name? I have a few emails for different things, Others are just about empty, My gambling and day to day one is packed and alot from casino, Does not work a genius to know some where along the line there is bent employees
