Decided it best to post my 1st deposit/SUB feedback after I'd calmed down

Firstly the negative, probably the WORST game time in my last 2-3 years of online slotting, bonus round, what's one of those, win over 10x, same question.

Now for the positive, smooth play, no lag, no disconnections, very helpful support team, responsive, polite and 'on the ball' - This is what I'm talking about.

Well I joined no problems spoke to live chat and yep using skrill no problem with deposit bonus. But one major flaw! No online secure upload to submit documents and im sorry to say in this day and age its not good enough. My debit card / bank account has been hacked 2 times the past 10 months. And so am ultra careful now on what I give out. No way am I sending personal private sensitive information such as copy's of passport through un-secure email. This is something they need to address. A secure online https/ protected page to submit documents is monkeys play to set up. So I wont deposit unless they have a secure way for me to send them personal date.

Some may think im being over cautious but if you saw the state of my bank account when I had a debit card cloned (2 months back last time) you would understand. Over 60 transactions and £100s gone ... which even though I got back from the bank it meant a new card, new details new everything. So the rep should take this one on board. Other white labels under MT Secure trade do have the online upload facility and I personally advise anyone AGAINST sending documents though email.

Well maybe ID request only triggered after a certain amount but Im sure the UKGC terms state KYC documents need to be requested within 72 hours ... but glad you got paid no hassle

I think they can do the KYC by censors or whatever uttill you reach the certain freehold, But I heard some conflicting storeys

Thought I would give my thoughts in regards to Cashmio:

Signed up around a week ago, nice site layout in my opinion, no lag, overall quite fast apart from when using the search bar (seems to not respond for quite abit therefor easier to just scroll down).. Made a £30 deposit taking the match bonus, reasonable wagering requirement, hit rhino and was up to around £500 in an hour with wagering met.. Sent docs in for KYC and got an email stating I would receive an email once ive been verified, two days later due to no email went on live chat to ask about my docs and was told my proof of address was not accepted due to a different address I signed up with (said Bradford instead of York on my casino page for some strange reason) live support quickly rectified this and then told me my docs was approved, put withdrawal in at 11:34pm, and received an email at 6:30am, stating my withdrawal was a success.

I had no issues with support in live chat and they where fine last week processing my docs and dealing with a withdrawal.

The answer to your question is yes, we are aiming to get this featured done and it is quite a high priority. I cannot give you exact timescales at this point but without doubt this is something we will look to add very soon.

If you only win, say €10 you've still tied your deposit up to €350 wagering, all for an extra €10

And if you win, say €200 you're then faced with €7000 worth of wagering

Why can't casinos base the wagering on the initial value of the free spins ?????

What's the difference between giving you a €30 bonus, which you could use on any game, and giving you €30 worth of free spins which you have to play on one game???

I only take FS if:

- they are wagerfree - Rizk, VS, Guts
- i can keep them separate from my deposit - Bet-at is the best choice, play deposit first and withdraw anytime if you have not touched FS winnings. WR only 10x FS winnings
- they are credited the next day - Casino Luck/Next, again not tying my deposit down to the WR of the FS winnings.

All other offers are deleted and go straight into my Trash Bin as those are the worst deals. Win little with the FS, still have to risk your deposit to clear wagering; win big with the FS and you have a mountain of WR ahead of you....... only good for the casino, not the player

You could use them as a back-up. But then your bankroll is just you bonus winnings, if you use them first and win €25 then you've got a balance of €50 to attempt the wagering of €875 with, 17.5x balance
