I think CS are manually changing the old e-mail addresses in account so that it doesnt flag up when you sign up again.
Ive just shut my Euro account down, and was told by Noa the chat rep that I could go ahead and re-open on straight away.

Did it work as they did that to mine, but I still can't create a new account![]()
Do you have to go through KYC again if you open a new account, presumably you do.

Nothing in their Bonus T &C's nor in their General T&C'S suggests that deposits with Skrill won't qualify for the 1st deposit bonus or other bonuses. I would think you are good to go.![]()
