As for the down time, well you were unlucky just like your Football team this year! We had about 2 or 3 mins of downtime today where we added a second server to cope with our traffic we have generated so far!

A quick update here:

On the deposit and withdrawal fees. They have been immediately changed from 2.5% to €2.50 fee. So on the €1,000 you mentioned you will pay just €2.50 max fee, on any deposit or withdrawal.

And just to confirm, Paysafe Cards solely for deposit not withdrawal and this has been changed in the FAQs.

I hope this clears a few extra bits up.

Yes this is the fee and we are very transparent with it, but your objection to the amount is noted.

Transparency is surely commendable, it doesn't change though that the fees are the highest i have seen so far. You should offer at least 1 free withdrawal/week. Could you please also state if you process withdrawals instant - a few hours during your office hours, considering that you charge for them? I am OK with fees but then i expect quicker payments and not "average Joe".


4. You can process withdrawals to Paysafe Card? That is new to me.
It looks like this may be an error on the Payment FAQ's so thank you for showing us this, you may deposit only with Paysafe card.

I do feel indeed discriminated as i am left out from your promotions because of my home address. It is as if my dollars are less worth than those from players in those "exclusive" countries. Online casinos offer games globally, yet decided that only a few countries are eligible for "the goodies" they offer. I find that very unfair.

7. Opening hours 09.00am - 23.00pm - so i cannot play between 23.01pm and 08:59am??? ... just kidding is there at least email support available in the "off hours"?

Nowadays you need to bring out a unique reward system, like VS, Rizk and Bet-At are doing and only then you will stand out among the 1000's of available online casinos, otherwise you will just swim along with the bulk of them.

That is a very fast reaction Keith, my respect. And also regarding those fees, 2.50$ is the industry standard and i have no problems whatsoever to pay that on every withdrawal or deposit. :thumbsup::D

Since I last posted there has been no issues with lag or connections to the site. I would highly recommend the welcome bonus as the bonus money is used first and the deposit is not part of the wagering. So if the bonus dries up then your playing with your real cash unrestricted. Furthermore I love that everything is displayed to your left should you wish so you have no need no navigate away from spinning to check your wagering status on bonuses. Banking gaming and help is all there too.

On the downside someone must of stolen the pink caskets from Jack and the Beanstalk because they kept hidden throughout my deposits. In fact it could have been Jack who pinched them because he was never once seen prancing across the screen risking his skinny legs snapping. The little shit :mad:

Also Keith answered the question from HarryBK "Can i withdraw winnings if i have not touched the bonus part of my balance?" with a yes.

It looks like it should work like Leo Vegas or Mr Green etc. where cash doesn't count towards wagering, only bonus money does.
But you can withdraw at any time, so long as you haven't used any bonus money

So they've maybe got cash and bonus money labelled the wrong way around on the site. :eek:

Just to confirm as I am not sure I was clear enough before, if you haven't touched your bonus money then you may withdraw any amounts at any time. If however you have used any bonus funds, and being honest the deposit bonus is used first before real money, then obviously you will have to meet the wagering or surrender any winnings from your bonus.

The deposit bonus amount is used first before real money and we have to be clear and open on that. Bonus funds are used first, as on all IGC brands, however some of the daily rewards and coins that you will be seeing in the future will have to be activated, so if you have not activated your bonus or coin then you will obviously be able to withdraw any funds and play your bonus at later stage.

Also you have to wager your deposit 1x before you withdraw you´r money, this is of course to prevent bonus abuse

I hope that explains things a bit better.

"For any bet, placed bets are deducted from the player’s bonus balance. If no bonus*balance is available then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s cash/real money balance"

It's DEFINITELY my cash which is being used first...

The bonus money goes up by however much i go over the starting balance of €100 by. and on going above my starting balance my cash balance never goes above the original €50.

So I'm basically using my cash to play and any wins above the starting balance are credited to the bonus balance.

Obviously you'd have to complete the wagering to withdraw anything more than your initial deposit

The rules in Swedish are clear when it comes to the use of bonus, but Hannes, please take a look in there. A few correction can be made and won't take much time. If I can see the mistakes then every other Swede can too;)

In Responsible gaming it says nothing at all about closing your account or Self excluding. I know the rules for Swedish people are not the same as for those in the uk, but still that's where they will search for it first. At least mention where they can find information about it.

Well I have gave them a go and I have requested a withdrawal that is less than my deposits but I don't really mind that ( mostly because I have been lucky enough to have won funds for this month when I was not prepared to spend a penny of my own income because of my daughters 18th)

I am sorry if expressing my experience has impacted on your decision to deposit and you found yours different to mine.

We are lucky that Bryan has allowed us to start our Baptism when we are just a matter of days old, we are honoured by that. The truth is so far you have found many things that we agree need to be corrected and we have corrected them or we plan to do so asap.

We are not perfect, yet. We also cannot promise to change everything. But we can promise to listen to everything and seriously consider any genuine points. So we are making that promise.

We would love to make ourselves one of the best Casinos, and in fact we wont rest until we do. But we (as we are players), understand to do that we have to sort our issues out and even more important listen to our players.
