nope just was being told it should work, my email doesn't exist in the system despite me sending a ss showing the error, then being told she would talk to tech support, then, being told they can't do anything over live chat and they have em,ailed tech support.

Live chat are extremely pleasant, polite, fast and trying to help but no further forward.

That my friend is a very good point.

It would not surprise me (not just here but any casino this action was undertaken at) if it caused problems (although granted only temporary) down the road.

I think CS are manually changing the old e-mail addresses in account so that it doesnt flag up when you sign up again.

Ive just shut my Euro account down, and was told by Noa the chat rep that I could go ahead and re-open on straight away.

Did it work as they did that to mine, but I still can't create a new account :(

Do you have to go through KYC again if you open a new account, presumably you do.

I just used a different email; addy, I have 2 for playing @ casinos, and they said to use the other one, then once I have joined pop onto live chat and they can tie everything in

Okay seems we are getting there with the UK accounts, changing them over and you lucky lot even getting an extra bonus. Odd issues I am sure as nothing ever runs fully smooth but seems to be working.

The Ireland issue is however more complex than I thought. This is actually due to the software provider I have been told who are adding a super large levy on all traffic from Ireland, making it unviable to take Irish customers as things stand.

I wholeheartedly apologise for this and for not being previously aware of this issue. This will be raised again with the software providers but as I stands unfortunately we are not able to take Irish traffic. No point saying difference but this is something we hope be be able to change and will update you if we get this done.

So on that note, I will wish you all good luck!
 
still can't do mine, i'll use a different email if I have to but would prefer to use my existing one.

It looks like those who use a different email are having much quicker results. The only issue I can see in using a different email address is that I may miss the odd promo alert,but they are also posted in here often. With Cashmio there are time restraints because some departments are not 24/7

Been advised all is good to go but to use a secondary / new e-mail addy

Was all going so well but now system has picked up conflicting/esisting mobile number and won't allow registration. :(

Rebecca is a good CS agent :thumbsup: - probably the most helpful in a long time. Knows what she is on about and actually very helpful and polite throughout!

Agreed, it was Rebecca who helped me yesterday to with the new account transition and she knows what she's doing which was nice for a change. Fast, friendly and efficient was the report I left for her :thumbsup:
 
I have just converted my account over to GBP yesterday evening.

I'm playing this morning and have a balance off £245.04 and decided to give Lost Island ago.

About 80 spins into my 3rd set off 100 auto spins the auto player stops and about £150 just vanishes from my balance. (Don't know the exact amount but it was a lot.)

I carry on thinking it will just appear as quickly as it went, had problems in the past with the odd few coins taking time to show up on slots but nothing like this.

So £95 in Lost Island now on 40 pence 60 pence bets no feature no balance but 80 pence, obviously a few features were incoming as they do, would off helped with wagering.

Think I had £20 to £30 left when the money disappeared.

They was from my few minutes, bumped into a few problems such as number and email, than account blocked, all sorted withen minutes, had one page open talking to support why checking the other page for updates,

Really surprised you been waiting that long,

Get back on to support as they seem to know the score

I have spoken to the team, and this was fixed yesterday and you were emailed. Thheir was a glitch from the software providers in the bonus game round on Lost Island, very frustrating for all. The CS team identified this and refunded the full amount and it is in your account now, returned in full. The CS team did also email you back, so maybe this was missed.

I am impressed!

Signed on this morning. Like everything about the layout -- gives you min bet on each game before you click on it which is important for me as I am a low roller.
