Thank you for contacting NetSpend customer care regarding your account.
For your convenience, we also now accept ACH bank transfers. ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers are not immediate, and they are sometimes referred to as "scheduled" transfers. Please note that these are ACH transfer and NOT WIRE TRANSFERS (in which we do not accept); an ACH transfer may take 2 to 3 days to be processed. NetSpend processes the funds into your account as soon as we receive the transfer. There is no charge for these transfers. To initiate an ACH transfer, first locate you NetSpend Cards account and routing number by clicking on Bank Transfers online or contacting us at the number listed below. Once you have this information, contact your bank and request an ACH transfer from your checking account to your NetSpend account. Please note that not all banks process ACH transfer so please contact your bank to verify if they have the ability to do so.
You may use your NetSpend account number and routing number to send funds via ACH transfer to your NetSpend account. However, this transaction will not work in reverse. Attempts by any merchants to withdraw funds from your NetSpend account in this manner will be rejected and returned unpaid. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
These are the ATM withdraw limits:
Maximum amount you may withdraw from an ATM within a 24-hour period: $940.00
Maximum amount you may withdraw from an ATM, per transaction: $420.00.
Maximum number of ATM transactions you may make within a 24-hour period: 6
Maximum number of unsuccessful PIN-based transactions within a 24-hour period: 3
Credit or Debit Purchase Limit:
Maximum amount you may purchase within a 24-hour period: $5,000.00
Maximum number of credit/debit transactions within a 24-hour period: 15
If you exceed any of these limits, your account may be temporarily blocked.
The reload pack is a product we will soon be offering that will enable deposits into an account without using the permanent card. Accountholders and non-account holders alike will be able to purchase this product for a small fee, make a deposit onto this card, and then have the funds from this reload pack transferred into any NetSpend account of their choice either online or via phone.
