I live in the UK and recently made a withdrawal from Captain Cooks Casino. I originally wanted it to be repaid to my debit card. After waiting the normal "pending" "in works" etc etc I was assured my withdrawal would be processed. FIVE days later (after I had to again chase up the payment) I was told that the withdrawal had been "rejected" !!! I have refunded thousands of pounds back to my debit card and have NEVER had a problem I have now chosen another method but I am no further forward - not responding to e-mails, passing the buck to the "accounts crew" etc etc. Is this normal for this casino or should I be worried that I will NOT get paid ? I always thought this casino had a good reputation ? Any help anyone could give me would be most appreciated.

No, this is not normal for this casino. They are one of the top of the bunch. I'll give them a buzz to see what's up.

Hey Lobster. You ought to check out Ladbrokes casino. Its UK pounds, and its the same s/ware as Cooks but the "reverse withdrawal" is optional. You can do a two-stage cashout straight away and its always back in my bank account within 48 hours. The casino doesn't have any "thrills" (no bonuses or loyalty etc), but this one feature makes it the main one i play. Their support is among the slowest out there (i think the casino is just seen as a "side-order" to the sportsbetting operation) but you rarely need it in my experience.

I think MG casinos should make Reverse Withdrawal an "option" rather than the norm. Its too tempting to dip back in after a bad streak so I rarely play them now...same with RTG. Stick to Ladbrokes and Crypto/Ecash immediate settlement casinos is my advice.

Just Got Paid !!!

Bryan, Thanks very much indeed for taking the time to look at my post. Received the money this morning (11am UK time) from Neteller. Could of course just be a coincidence but being the cynical guy that I am - Im pretty sure that posting on the forums certainly helped. Many thanks once again for taking an interest.

Regarding the other gentlemans post I do indeed play at Ladbrokes and quite agree their payout is very quick - I tried captain cooks because they had a returning bonus but just shows you "you reep what you sow!!! "
