The explanation on their promotions page is a little vague and I don't want to be on their leg, needlessly. I understand how comps are earned but apparently redemption is not a DIY thang like at most MG casinos.
It goes like this: "Colosseum Casino will pay your bonus directly into your account from the 10th to the 15th of the month following the one in which you earned the bonus. An e-mail notifying you how much you have won and how many EMPIRES have been carried over in your account will also be sent to you."
Does that mean that they will dribble your converted comps as credits in your account starting on the 10th and dribble til it's all credited by the 15th?
OR
Does that mean that they will credit accounts that have had their comps tallied and converted that are ready to go by the 10th and as they continue to do the math for each account that wasn't ready by the 10th, going forward, they will credit whatever accounts are finished each day until the 15th by which time they will be caught up, comp-figerin'/creditin'-wise?
And is the latter why they haven't had time to answer my 4 emails since yesterday and explain this in detail but, instead, tossed off a quick email saying, basically "thanks for the biz last month and we comped you a $20 its in your account go play" ? I hope that's it but someone must have some history with this.
