I received an email form Winward casino offering a weekend bonus of 300% on any amount deposited. I went online and deposited $25 and then requested the bonus. Representative Jerry responded saying that my account did not qualify for the bonus even though I was sent the email. Winward just finished paying me my withdrawal from last month's winnings in 4 installments changing a $10 fee for each. It appears that they have marked my account due to the fact that I had won and notified Casinomiester. com that they were very slow in paying out and now I am being denied bonuses that I previously received. Perhaps Winward casino should be downgraded.

Well, bonuses are perks, not givens. The lesson here is ask about any promotion BEFORE depositing. Think of a casino like a bar; we don't have to serve you and while that guy over there gets to run a tab, we're not letting you.

I'm mostly amazed that someone wants to play at Winward at all,
especially after they have cashed out and been slowpaid once.

After more punishments maybe? Oh yes, bonusbanned too;)

Winward should have honoured the promo as they sent it to the OP out of their own initiative. However, with the slow pay experience I cant imagine why one would continue to deposit unless one is a glutton for punishment.

I disagree if the casino sends you a mail with a bonus offer then they should deliver.

All the good casinos i've been to they have sent mail with bonus offers they have all deliverd.

Looking at his email though, looks like a mass mail send-out, not one necessarily geared or addressed to him.

It's still a bait & switch. This is the casino that said there was still a 30x WR on deposits even if no bonus was claimed or was available. The "switch" here is obvious, baited with a decent bonus, but then switched to being held to a 30x WR even though the bonus was denied.

They were pretty bad when they were Parlay, they have gotten much worse under Top Game. Unless you are in the US and have little choice, you should never even think of playing at any Top Game casinos.

I did play there once, and kicked their ass, and even managed to (mostly) get paid. Wild horses won't drag me back there for an arse kicking in reverse so that they can somehow con that money back off me. To their credit, they haven't even tried, they must know this is one former player not worth going after:p
