Bonus game not played out

I was playing on Sun Vegas on a game called Cash Mine. Playing £10 a spin I eventually got onto the free spins bonus round. On the first spin in the bonus round the game stopped abruptly saying there was an error. On speaking to CS they told me they had locked my account as I was not verified properly. On completion of my verification I tried to go on to the game but it still says error. I have tried the same game on other sites and it works OK. I gan get onto any other game bar Cash Mine on Sun Vegas. Sun Vagas CS told me that they raised a complaint and they came back with an unknown error and to offer me 15 free,normal spins as compensation but I quite rightly refused. This happened a week ago and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me ,as it has been escalated, for an explanation and a reasonable compensation figure. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
