I made my first deposit with these guys and took the 200% match bonus.
I was able to make wagering and cash out a pretty decent sum of $1500 from my $70 deposit. :D

I sent in my verification documents and got this email response...

Thank you for sending your documents. These have now been accepted and your account has been updated accordingly. Please note that at the moment we are experiencing an internal technical issue with withdrawals via Neteller but we hope to have this sorted as soon as possible and your withdrawal will be processed at the first available time. This may mean your withdrawal may take a few extra working days as a result. We apologise for the inconvenience.

So i guess i'm wondering is this a legitimate problem and is anyone else having delays with their Neteller withdrawals at present or is this just another casino tactic to try and get me to reverse over the weekend?

In all the years i have been playing, the only other time i have had this happen was years ago at another Rival...Paradise8 and from memory, that was a large withdrawal also.

Turn right, then right. then right again
Last time there was a technical issue with Neteller withdrawals, it was due to technically not having enough funds in their account to cover the payouts......hence winners had to technically wait for other players to lose or reverse.

I also remember the delay being several weeks or even months - technically speaking.

It serves as a timely reminder of just how thin the shoestring is with the white label Rivals. its no wonder they are looking for any excuse not to pay.

well to be honest , im done with rival casinos i did have 1 account for each software but its time for me to stay clear from rival & rtg casinos . going to stick with playtech , mg & 3 dice although i did have a nice hit on rtg not long ago , since then i shall say not a sniff funny that, hence to why these accounts have been closed now.

Thanks for all the replies. :)

I really hope i do get paid today (friday) because not only do i have a personal rule about not playing at casinos that don't pay within 24-48 hours but i deleted all of my other Rival accounts besides 'Sloto' almost 2 years ago because i just didn't trust them anymore and i rarely play at Sloto anymore either as i just cant win jack poop there...

Also, Sloto basically bonus banned me and all i have to claim are 15 and 20% bonuses because according to them i used too many 100% bonuses that they offered me in the first place:rolleyes:...

So think again if you think you have to have a big win and be ahead to be bonus banned here as i am by no means close and i don't think i ever have been.

Depending on the outcome at blackdiamond, i too may hang up my Rival boots and move on, which is a shame as i do like their slots but it's just not worth the headache, i mean if this is the case and i have to wait for some poor other people to lose just so i can get paid, that's horrible.:eek2:

Online casinos need to pay as fast as they take. Period.

Don't have enough to pay players who win? Don't start an online
casino hoping to get rich.

Rival is dying. They have numerous diseases. Don't mess around
with any Rivals without wearing a condom.

Made a Moneybookers withdrawal from Black Diamond this Tuesday.
After that 24 hour reversal period it took about one hour to have the money in my Moneybookers account.

Hi

Apologies for the frustrations, I too would be a bit concerned however:

1) We are not a White Label Rival and use our own processing systems for player transactions.

2) The issue is not from our side; unfortunately it is a Neteller tech. issue. We will pay the finds immediately once the issue is resolved as we always do

3) There are numerous threads about our timely payments, even within a matter of a few hours, so please do not start rumors.

As Mark Twain said, "A lie can get halfway around the world before the truth can even get it's boots on"

Thanks for your patience.

Thank you for replying to this thread. :)

I'm just curious, if its a Neteller issue, how come another withdrawal i made today at another casino had no problems being processed and has just landed right in my Neteller account within a few hours of me cashing out?

This is my first withdrawal and i must say it hasn't left a good impression, but i hope you can restore my confidence by fixing this problem ASAP and i will be happy.

OK, fair enough.

However, if you take some time to look around these forums and see the terrible problems that players have endured over the years you will understand why we post the things we do sometimes. The 'technical difficulties 'line has often been used as an excuse to delay payments, and it unusual, but welcome, for a Rep to come and post about what is really going on.

I apologize for lumping you in with the white labels.

Just to elaborate, so its not just another "tech. issue" (believe me I understand the skepticism) - Neteller was going through some upgrades and thus we must key our servers to be in line with theirs.

The problem is in the process of being fixed and I can assure you the payment will be issued immediately.

Again, we appreciate the understanding - if only technology were perfect :)

Neteller are ALWAYS doing this, and it WAS Neteller's fault not too long ago when many players didn't receive withdrawals for a couple of DAYS. Unfortunately, Neteller don;t always tell customers when they are doing this, and sometimes will LIE when customers ask about issues by saying "no problem at our end, it's the merchant". This is how Neteller can drop it's merchants right in the $**t.

Unfortunately, the term "technical issues" has been severely overused in the past, to the extent that almost NO-ONE really believes it any more. Hear "technical issues", and players are pretty certain that something "nasty" is being covered up.

Neteller used "technical issues" as a broad brush cover-up to buy time when funds destined for US customers were seized. Granted, it bought them a month, but then the truth came out.

Currently, we have both eWalletXpress and QT suffering simultaneous "technical issues", which in the former case has taken MONTHS to NOT fix.

I have been given "technical issues" as an excuse, and it turned out to be EXACTLY what Nifty29 said, they didn't have the funds - so Neteller "bounced" the transaction. It took me NINE MONTHS of slicing through the BULLSHITE and a formal complaint through eCogra to get the truth out of them. Despite being asked by eCogra to contact me about the problem, Neteller decided on "no further comment", and I never head a peep.

THIS is why so many rumours start. It's an injustice when they are untrue, but this cannot be proved, HOWEVER, when they turn out to be TRUE, many players have been saved from losing their money in a "black hole".

Trust in Rival is at rock bottom, yet 21Grand don't seem to think this is low enough, and have tried to out rogue the QUEEN of rogue city herself:rolleyes:

Simply mistaking Blackdiamond for "another Rival white label" is more than enough to give such rumours credibility, as it is now known that with these white labels, it was TRUE that many just didn't have the funds to pay winners unless deposits from losers kept flowing in to cover the payments.

The SECOND this issue is fixed, Blackdiamond need to process these delayed payments. They should try to keep affected players informed of progress, and if necessary, keep badgering Neteller to keep things from stalling.

In a few cases after the recent major upgrade, SOME casinos found their processing servers would no longer "communicate" with Neteller due to some changes in protocols. This also lead to a situation where SOME casinos had NO problems paying out, yet SOME said there was a "technical problem". Without further details, this looked to many like an excuse to hide the REAL reason for non-payment.

The rep has now described the basis behind this "technical issue", and it appears to fit the evidence. HOWEVER, it also implies that a fix will be swift, and payments should be processed early next week, if not sooner.

If it turns out NOT to be a simple matter of keying in the servers, you had better let the forum know as soon as possible. You may only discover this AFTER "keying in" and finding Neteller servers STILL don't accept the instructions. Make sure someone is there to CHECK that all is well, rather than ASSUMING that because the instructions left OK, they were received and PROCESSED by Neteller. 3 times this month I have NOT been paid on time, and EACH time it has turned out to be a case of the casino servers sent the instruction successfully, but it "timed out" somewhere, and Neteller never actioned it, and the casino NEVER CHECKED for such a failure until I raised the issue the following week.

For me Neteller is the most convenient way of withdrawing as i can get the funds whenever i want them from the Netplus card, but i tell you what...

I am constantly holding my breathe and crossing my fingers every time i am out and pay for something with the card in fear they have another unscheduled maintenance or down time.

Even trying to get money out at the ATM when Neteller is down unbeknown to me is a nightmare as it will decline me at the ATM but Neteller will still take it out of my account as a pending transaction and take a few days to put the funds back in my account.

Anyhow getting back to my current problem...
The SECOND this issue is fixed, Blackdiamond need to process these delayed payments. They should try to keep affected players informed of progress, and if necessary, keep badgering Neteller to keep things from stalling.

I sure hope Blackdiamond is doing all they can and also keeping me up to date on a daily basis would be nice especially seeing as though i ended up reversing a few hundred of my withdrawal because it was just sitting there and now my withdrawals are totaling $3,000 and there is definitely no way i am reversing again... I have a stick next to my PC and i told my husband if i even think about it, just clobber me ;)
Not bad at all for a $70 investment:yahoo:

Still no payment from Blackdiamond

Update...

I am still not paid. I was told it 'may' take a few extra working days and it's now been 3 full business days since i made the withdrawal on Thursday.

On an even sour note, the 'stick' broke and i ended up reversing $600 of it on Saturday. ( I take full responsibility for this...me being an idiot i mean )

To top that off...

On Saturday night I get this email...
I have just read your post at CM would you like me to put a temporary block on your account so you cannot reverse your withdrawals?

Best Regards

Annabelle
manager@blackdiamondcasino.net

So I'm thinking okay this is very nice of her to think of me like that and offer to do that so i email her back thanking her for thinking of me and to yes please put a temp block on my account until i am paid...

Well as of right now my account is still active and my withdrawals are still just sitting there under reversable, I even emailed her again this morning with no reply.

So what was the point of her even asking to begin with?
Was she waiting until i blew the rest first.

They almost gain some of your trust back only to let you down again and im still not 100% sure the "Neteller" problem really does exist, i mean all i can do is take their word for it and that's hard to do because i have not delt with them before this and i have been wounded by many other casinos out there over the years with deception, lies, screw ups, delayed payments, broken promises and the list goes on.

Also i guess they didn't adhere to VWM's suggestion of a daily update either as i haven't heard anything else about it since the weekend and there is no way im going to bother wasting my time with live help as they are not particularly helpful on a normal day.:(

Bi*ch and moan complete. ;)

That's too bad...just when you think there is a decent one or two left out there. It's not like you're asking for the moon...just communication on a withdrawal:rolleyes: I had a couple of decent withdrawals but then deposited several times...they made me a VIP (whoopee) and then took away all promos except for the 20-30% and wouldn't answer me as to why. I haven't touched them since July. Good luck and hopefully you'll see $$$$$ soon!

Well, the "tech problem" is STILL not fixed, and your excuse is starting to leak like a sieve. There are currently NO NETELLER ISSUES, PERIOD. These are YOUR issues, and if your excuse was correct, would have been fixed by now, and the OP paid.

Further, you are keeping the OP completely in the dark, failing to return communications, and NOT doing something YOU asked if was wanted, and the OP said "yes" too.

Are you SURE this isn't another case of NSF, and you needing to wait for more money before you can start processing Neteller withdrawals again.

I am a VIP with Neteller, and it has been working fine for me all week, INCLUDING receiving withdrawals on time. EVERY merchant would have faced "keying their servers" after the update, and THEY seem to have managed this without anybody noticing.

THIS is why there is so much scepticism of these "technical issue" excuses, and you seem to be doing everything you can to SUPPORT this scepticism, rather than dispel it.

What's the delay excuse NOW (late Tuesday).
