Obviously the the spin Gods have taken pity on me...two cashouts in less than 2 weeks

Played Scary at $.20, hit a feature, upped the bet, hit a feature, upped it to $.60 and hit $295. Went to Scary 2, playing $1 and hit three coffins and something for $500.

About fell out of my chair..went through the rest of the $200 playthrough and managed to hit the cashout button at $700...there was NO max cashout. Sent in docs today, they approved them..sent me an email at about 3PM and 2 minutes later the money was in QT.

Who are these new casinos and what have they done with the older Rivals

If they keep this up they could set a new precedent

thats funny i've been trying to get a measly cashout of $50 since 4/27 and had to deposit $25 to get it . It was placed in the wrong QT acct and now they say I have to wait 10 business days to get $50 .

Yes i've read also the 2nd sentence, but however, a €25.- is always necessary to get any withdrawal from any rival casino.

Cetainly, this issue is also very strange,, because i got my first 2 withdrawals within a very short time, so there were never any hassles.

For a new player bonus it seems that you must deposit $25 at Rivals. But it's not necessary to deposit on a strictly free bonus from then on (provided you have deposited and played after the initial free bonus). Same with comps, no wagering or deposit needed to cash out.

Maybe I'm reading your post wrong...

The withdrawal that you are referring to for the sum of $50 was paid into your QT account on the 30th of April. However the wrong transaction reference was posted to the transaction so when you contacted QT they informed you it had been paid to the wrong account. However if you check payments to your account on the 30th you will see payment was made. We have also emailed you the correct transaction reference so you can double check with QT.
