Clearly, aside from the basics of general forum decorum and familiarizing yourself with the rules, you've not quite grasped what 'blue' signifies

I have been playing for many years and so have many of my friends and family members. That being said we know when we are talking to a real player or someone looking to get kick backs from the casino. All real players know that forums like askgamblers, lcb, the pogg and more are bought and paid for by Direx, N.V. So to think that they would just stop there and not send their clowns here is foolish thinking. Bryan even mentioned this in his latest video.

This is not the place for hear say or your opinion, only facts should be here regardless if it is not what you wanted to hear.

You know a company can also change over the years. The guy that started casino cruise, eventually left and things changed a lot. N1 had the best loyalty program, 10 seconds cashouts and incredible support. It’s still fine... but they promessed new loyalty program in one week... 3 months ago. Chat now takes forever to open... and 1 hour cashouts on average. Still pretty good.

This is the same guy who has been created about 5+ accounts here trying to slander us. It's been 2 years now and his PAB was canned here, and complaints rejected at LCB and AG, so nothing new I guess.

He's a persistent guy, I'll give him that, and I'm sure he can re-direct that to something more productive than barking up the same tree for years on end.

Last time you also said you worked for CasinoMeister and was on the payroll, but I say as Maury Povic says on TV: "The test determined that was a lie".

I have had nothing but a great experience with BitStarz. I won $6.47 from some FS BitStarz had dropped in my account, got it up to $1800, and finally withdrew $1500. The WD was approved less than 2 hours after requesting and it hit my bank account (using VISA Debit) about 24 hours after that. Really impressed. Maybe try adding an account in euros at ecopayz

I had a similar experience albeit the winnings I needed to wager x40 were fractionally higher.

Until our experience, I would have said it was impossible to do. I certainly won't be turning my nose up at tiny amounts that need wagering in future. Lesson learned.

I was then asked for proof of deposit, I did so and sent them my Coinbase deposit. I was then asked for a proof of address, I sent them this, which was my German address where I am currently staying on lockdown and playing from. They then asked me to send them a picture of myself at my street sign. I hadn’t sent this for a few hours. They then stated my document was fake and I was refusing verification, which none are. They then closed my account and forfeited all my withdrawals and deposits. Completely, unbelievable. I’ve reported to the authority and I’ll take this all the way. You can’t unreasonably act as a casino, and you can’t refuse to pay out when people win.

I suggest you shouldn’t gamble at this casino.

That sounds terrible Cam2711 but not a massive surprise, confiscating players money seems to be a bit of a repetitive occurrence. However if you have opened a PAB then you do need to maintain radio silence from now on in, I know it's hard when you feel you've been treated unfairly but that's the CM rule for effective arbitration.

Right, so there's another side to the story here.

First of all (as many of you guys know here) we do not accept UK players. You're not able to select UK as country and we're even blocking the IP.

Now, Cam, you signed up and put Edinburgh as city and as country, Biritish Virgin Islands. I assume you did that because you couldn't put UK there. Because as far as I'm aware, Edinburgh is not a city in Germany (and Edinburgh is also your place of birth in the UK, which makes me assume that you put in your Scottish address).

When we asked you for documents as part of the KYC prior to withdrawal you uploaded a British passport and said you had moved to Germany. This is a bit strange as you recently signed up to BitStarz and with the Covid-19 thing going on, there's not much travel going on anywhere.

This makes me a bit puzzled as well is that I see login-attempts from the UK to your account (from Edinburgh) combined with VPN use, and the utility bill you provided was easy to find on a site that sells fake German docs templates for 15 dollars worth of Bitcoin (happy to provide to any admin here to compare to yours if that's important).

I can of course be wrong in all of this what I said, but I don't think I am, but if you want to, I recommend submitting a PAB here to make this fair and objective for both of us. I'm happy to present all physical evidence to CM for them to make a call on this.

I actually signed up in January, when I lived at my address in Edinburgh (I still own this home and was born in Edinburgh). I can have any documents notarised by a German solicitor, and provide any further documentary evidence of my location. I let you know before I sent my proof of address of my address, and was told to send the document and you’d update my address (i have the chat log).

No documentation I have sent has been faked or falsified. To state a German utility bill (Eon) could be faked, I don’t doubt, but mine isn’t and to counter this, I don’t have an issue providing a German bank statement (where any payment can be paid), or have a solicitor notarise my documents and passport.
I haven’t been travelling, and my physical location is in Germany. Although, I have asked the question if you are refusing my payout because I was born and am from the UK.
 
Also, up until now, you have accepted all my deposits, which makes this a little oppressive. You haven’t even refunded these to my wallet, which begs me to believe and you have made me forfeit all deposits and withdrawals, even without the win, you did what you could to withhold any payment. As I stated I am a reasonable person, seeking an amicable solution.
