Im having a serious dispute with Bingohall.com. They claim i broke the terms and conditions. They have given me a game id # that does not exist in my reconcile reports. And will not give me their dispute resolution process. I have contacted them at least 20 times over the last month. And they refuse to budge. I have even contacted 888 games which i was told they where a part of and no response from them at all. I can clearly prove that i did not break the terms and conditions. What should i do they clearly dont want to pay me. The last email i received from them states the time and game id which i can prove is not in my reports. They did not even return my deposit.
Although they would like to inform me I have a 500% bonus on my next deposit.

You need to start a PAB through casinomeister, although if the casino is not accredited it may not be possible for CM to do anything. Have a look at the PAB section and the rules associated with it.

Sorry to hear about your problems.

Do not wish to add more grief but form what i see they are part of 888 group. If so i could be wrong but i am sure your PAB will probably be a waste of time as unless things have changed 888 group are in the No Can Do list and will not discuss complaints with Max. Hope he cab sort something out tho.

Turns out you guys are quite right, BingoHall is owned by Cassava and Cassava = 888.com. So the General Warning applies: WARNING - 888/Cassava: all related properties are ignoring player complaints

So yeah, a PAB is going to go nowhere with these guys especially since the site claims that their license is from Curacao -- and we all know what that usually means (bad news for players) -- but they don't even show the Curacao seal on their website are therefore in violation of Curacao's own "validation rules": licensed site are supposed to have a link to their License Validation page at Curacao, for what that's worth.

Worse yet the site says they'll deal with the player's complaint themselves or, if necessary, "a legitimate 3rd party (eg. a court or judge)". Setting aside for a moment that for no good reason that excludes perfectly valid and certified arbitrators like us (and others) the bottom line is that if the player complains to them and does not receive satisfaction their only other option is to try their luck in court. To the best of my knowledge no player has ever successfully pursued a Curacao-licensed casino through the courts.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news. :(

I received an email from the gaming commission. I will inform them that are in violation of there license. And if I can't get any resolution. At least I will make this uncomfortable for them.
Bummer!

Bingohall has now disabled my account. Is'nt that nice they steal my winnings and close my account. Karma's a bitch Bingohall.

I would indeed seek legal advise and give them run for "their" money.
Hope at least you realize now it is safer to play at an accredited casino.
Also they at least should refund your deposit(s), if not file a charge back with your bank and/or e-wallet.
What a dirty bunch of rats.
